Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens?

Bitcoin become more and more popular, so eveybody can use it... Some airlines and hotels networks already accept btc as a payment from anybody, so everybody without any limits can use it to pay sevices.

I diagree dude. Bitcoin is getting popular which is correct but how about poor people? Can you imagine a poor people buying bitcoin for $2,500 ? Becasue I cant. Only rich people can reach bitcoin today.

I am more than sure that majority who made any transactions with BTC don't have whole (1) BTC. As far as services prices are much lower everybody pay with 0.000xxx of BTC - Satoshi.

You don't need $2,500 if you want to pay for a room, flight or cheap services like hosting and so on....

I will consider myself as poor person but I can buy bitcoin even not a whole bitcoin. Having a portion of 1 btc is already a great treasure for me
and I think it is affordable even in poor countries. Maybe he just misunderstood the information he read, hence we need to be fully
educated of what bitcoin is.

I am also considering myself as one of a million poor in the world but I am also having a bitcoin, but not 1 btc. Some people maybe not interested in bitcoin so that they don't have bitcoin or bitcoin wallet.

I don't think there is any problem in that, if bitcoin does go mainstream as allot forecast, it getting used by normal by people and can even be used like a credit card system to automatically deduct fees when paying.
Generally anyone with internet access/PC and interest can use bitcoins.

Yes bitcoins is for all of peoples around the world, unfortunately bitcoins is still not known by all of peoples
however bitcoins is not familiar to the people although the concept of bitcoins is like gold,

Well it is a bit strange cause my experience is completely another. And of course such groups of people will use it, and they use it already but not in such quantities.
I think it must be only explained in that way, that people without technology interest understand how they take profit from it and why it is better than fiat money.

As many big names in world of bitcoin said: Technology needs to develop so much that anyone can use it. Long time ago we recorded games via radio and there was at least a day to get it started. Today you can play games in hour or two (most of the time is waiting to download). You install game with 5 buttons. So when Bitcoin and whole crypto currency system will get there everyone will be able to use it.

Yes everyone can use it and everyone can earn through it.  Just having electricity, a computer, and an internet connection then anyone can use it.  As long as that person is interested with bitcoin and as long as he really wants to learn.  Plus if he also wants to increase his income.  Because maybe some rich person would not give in to something like this.  But of course, many who are good in terms of money matter and were already rich also uses bitcoin because they love to earn.

Currently, The majority of users are not like they used to be i.e "people with excessive technical knowledge who understand even the deep technical aspects of bitcoin", The majority now can be considered ordinary citizens..

Of course it is. We are just all regular people here that did our own research. Bitcoin isn't that hard to understand. There's a lot of articles out there available for you to read. There are also videos out there about bitcoin. A lot of users are already using bitcoin as niche or topic on their website and on their videos. Reddit is my go-to website to find links of articles about bitcoin that are all in layman terms. That includes topic about UASF, SegWit, etc. All of them can be understood if the article is in layman's term.

I think anyone who has a facebook account can make his own online wallet. The address and wallet has the same meaning as a regular address and wallet. Bitcoin is the money. Wallet is where you put the money. Address is what's needed to identify the wallet.

I’m not so sure what could be done to bring bitcoin closer to people, in the first world, people are already very dependent in technology, is not rare to see people walking like zombies staring at their smart phones, bitcoin is already easy to use, I think what it is going to bring people to bitcoin is the hope of getting a lot of money similar to what happened to the dot com bubble.

Yeah maybe most bitcoin users are in middle class society. Many of them become workers in bitcoin certainly to benefit. But I'm sure there are some upscale people who might be investing in bitcoin. But I think a lot of their lower class people use bitcoin for the main job #imo
