Ummmm no I do not think #1 is true.  It is batch By batch regardless of whose batch.  As I understood it.  This is most fair and efficient.  This is order that chips from Avalon were bought.

Unfortunately the order website seems to have some
bug that other peoples order turn up in their shopping carts.
I am working to resolve those issues.
If i can't resolve them in the next hour the launch will be rescheduled for tomorrow.
Existing orders will be checked.

due to burins possible output per week (~1000 boards) this chaos doesn't make sense. inside one batch there is a time difference from about 3 days between first and last.
easiest way: group buy OPs sends list of names due to time of ordering. maybe they have already done this list.

People with order confirmations should not pay! Refunds for already paid orders can be handled later.

Absolutely, not even mentioning bugs and confusion but also Burnin gave wrong opening time. It supposed to be 9pm GMT time. The shop was open at 8pm GMT time - I even missed the whole chaos

Once again, Burnin, please consider reseting and restarting the whole process with precise opening time. 9pm GMT does not equal 9pm GMT+1.
Additionally it will resolve all the ordering issues from bugged webshop.

I think the agreed upon order system (batch, order date) is fine.

It’s not like it’ll take burnin weeks to build boards for one batch... assuming about 75% of an avalon batch will be sent to him for assembly, he can get an entire batch done in 3-4 days.
People here blow this out of proportion and act like the difference between the first and last order of a batch is in the magnitude of a few weeks.

2. Subtract time spent on bitcointalk forum in hours
3. Add number of times someone has talked about order priority
4. Keep calm and stop spamming burnin!

If you complete your batch 7 order and checkout before someone else can complete their batch 1 order, guess what? There are still 6 batches ahead of you!!

By the way... one could buy the board without cooling, that is without fans and heatsink and buy a heatsink on top. Unfortunately the price was so that its even cheaper to buy the complete package instead and get a free fan on top. Looks like it doesnt make sense to me then to order this way when i have so many fans on top. More fans for no more money means more airflow too, so im fine with it now...

Managed to get an order in, but I had a moment where there were 5 miners from someone else in my cart, updated it again, and made it through

So the problem isn't fixed, but the load is lower
