If we want xcn on nova, we can put some reward for votes when the slack channel is working.

i sent Poloniex Coin Request, tried to explain to them about the revival of the XCN.
They know about all the advantages and features XCN.
In addition, XCN was already on Poloniex and they know how to work with it.
When there were problems with synchronization - Polo were the first to provide a withdraw.

I vote for xcn in the polo because of the trading volume in the polo a lot. Where it can be up to 1k or 10k.
