China is allowing withdrawals...  This is very good, should give a nice push up to BTC and alts!
Hopefully btc38 will allow withdrawals without delays.

I worked with poloniex months ago, then they opened their wallet for withdrawal only. Don't know why they stopped it now. I will write them again.

Pallas you have wrong info. Poloniex have problems with wallet XCN.

Answer Support Poloniex :
Unfortunately we do not have an ETA for when the wallet will be operational again, however we will enable it as soon as possible. Our sincerest apologies for the delay and any inconvenience it may cause, also thank you very much for your patience in the mean time.

According to their last statement, they have a huge increase of users recently, so there are  delays with the tickets. Especially when it comes to some delisted coin. I was waiting for almost three weeks for them to process my withdrawal request of one delisted coin.
The only thing that could help things run faster is ask the admins in the trollbox to take a look at your ticket.

I think they will do that next week or so. All other Chinese exchanges allowed the withdrawals already as far as I know.
