I wrote to them personally, but i don't know do they listen to the opinion of a stranger.

i just made a new bter account to try sell some xcn and 1st thing it does when i log in is ask for ID and passport photo .. lol also the chat seems to have dissapeared on there and it took me 3 attempts to even log in .... i smell poo lol .
  o well looks like i aint gonna sell some xcn .. it just seriously aint worth the risk not even for this price in my opinion anyhow .. congrats to those that manage to tho cause nice price ^^

lets continue the journey to get this listed at more exchanges and remedy this all being done is much appreciated by me and i will continue to vote on nova daily in the meantime .

Good price increase on btc38! Unfortunately the exchange is not working.

They are once again saying that the wallet doesn't work, probably because they can't see all the transactions.
Hence why I sent them the full blockchain, and tried to explain how the mini-blockchain technology works.
If only they would use it...

     It is so clear, that tendentiously BTC38  won't do any support , so they just are using XCN to manipulate the price, this is so closed trading.

  My first ticket to them is from 02.04.2017:
"service staff 小欣: Hello, technology has been modified, please refresh to get BTC address, XCN wallet fails, the suspended filling, wallet recovery, will open filling"

   03.04.2017:

   29.04.2017:
