I still believe, that Bitcoin will lead me to the wealthy life of financial freedom, so it definitely can do that, if I will be wise and flexible enough to handle its price volatility.

Hello guys, To me, it seems pretty strange that people actually continues buying btc now... I understood why they wanted to invest in btc before, after the Chyprus crisis, and all the articles in the media. But now? I don't get it. Bitcoin is useless, and will most likely never be used as a currency. I spent hours trying to get my first bitcoins (satoshi actually), and after working for ages, I only got 0.002 btc, which does not even allow me to proceed to a transaction (the fees are higherthan that amount  ). When you compare it with CC or paypal, it seems that they are free to use in comparison! Not to mention the time required to actually proceed to a transaction which can be anything between 1 minute and ... 1 year (or more?). The only possible reason I see people are buying btc is that they (truly) believe that the price will increase, and want to make more profit. I think that 99.99 % of the bitcoins exchanged are never withdrawn from the exchangers, and the people are only waiting to make some profits. What makes them believe that the price will rise? Because the amount of bitcoins is limited? Because lost coins can never be recovered? I have no clue. An other problem is the "mining" part. Soon, the difficulty will increase, CPU and GPU mining will be useless. People will stop mining bitcoins and try LTC or something easy to get... The interest in btc will decrease. Other issues: - security. Not a single company was able to provide a "professional" service. Bitcoin-24 has a serious problem ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=174600.0 ). Even mtgox was critized for the lags, problems with missing coins, money, delay, and so on ... The hacks are countless (you can see new topics about that every day ...). I can't see anything positive about btc, and still can't get why people are buying it. Can any captain obvious explains? Thanks. People continue to buy bitcoin because they believe in the value of bitcoin, you can see that the great applications and benefits of bitcoin for real human life. You can see that bitocain which is more recognized internationally than directly and indirectly, so I believe bitcoin is the currency of the trade. |

For long-term investments, now the price of Bitcoin is declining, so it is appropriate that many people buy Bitcoin in large quantities. But the reason I buy Bitcoin is for the investment method, we know that bitcoin is limited, so maybe 5 years ahead the price of Bitcoin will increase.

Few persons can be mad at the same time but millions of people can not be mad at the same time, for million of people to be investing on BTC it is obvious that they are not mad in doing so but must have been attracted by the bright future which bitcoin portray, bitcoin will definitely change the world it is a promise!

The answer is obvious, from the times of Adam and Eve and on, people are always looking for ways to earn quick and easy, dont work many days, but earn as that. So buying BTC form many is a dream that it will make them rich.
I agree with you, but that doesn't make it a good investment. Everyone is looking for a shortcut to hard work and sacrifice, and there isn't one. Bitcoin isn't it. There is no cheat code or fast track to economic success, no matter how many people think Bitcoin is going to make them rich. The number of people buying into the delusion are creating the bubble. Eventually, that delusion collapses under the weight of its own impossibility. But the more people who get sucked in first, the more damage it's going to do. And the people who are already in are incentivized to sell you the fallacy just as they were sold on it, whether or not they realize it's false, because the only way later people can make money on Bitcoin is if other people continue to believe it's worth more than they paid for it so they can sell it to them later. The whole thing is out of whack. |

I think, because here still believers, even with such hard situation around bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, most of the people who buy now or continue holding, still believe that price will back to 10,000$ and then to 20,000$, anyway situation stabilizing, so buying bitcoins on this step (5500 - 6500$), will make you 60 - 70% of profit till end of this year.

Buying bitcoin, many try to buy dreams. However, those who earn bitcoins trench them just like other money.
However, I still think, that bitcoin is a good investment, albeit not very fast.

Buying bitcoin for now is the best because the price is low and I do believe it will rise soon. When you buy at this price now, you are lucky because you can earn huge profit in the future. Bitcoin price as for now is very low compare to the price last quarter of last year in which the price reached at 20000 dollars each. |

Peoples are still buying btc because they want to be through bitcoin, bitcoin is the future economy, forget about all the media propaganda or negative articles about bitcoin, The bitcoin price will soon soar, those who buy now can enjoy the divided later, # buy low and sell high ⚡️.

If investment purposes, yes this price is really a good chance to grab I can't say that it is cheap since bitcoin is cheaper a year ago but if we will trace the previous run and the last aht then we can assume that it can be a good time to start investing, hold for some time and wait till it reached a good position or good value, if you are satisfied already then you can sell it out and collect your gains. |

If investment purposes, yes this price is really a good chance to grab I can't say that it is cheap since bitcoin is cheaper a year ago but if we will trace the previous run and the last aht then we can assume that it can be a good time to start investing, hold for some time and wait till it reached a good position or good value, if you are satisfied already then you can sell it out and collect your gains. It is obviously cheap right now since the price of bitcoin from the past few months and compared to the past price of bitcoin in last year was more than $10,000 and now it is below $8,000 so it will easily go up in the near future and if you will buy now then you will make a good profit in the future, just have patience. |

There are so many reasons why people is investing in bitcoin. But one main reason is they want to earn more money. In bitcoin it is possible to earn great money . It might take some time but if your patient enough u sure get big profits.

It because bitcoin is more have a potential and it have a high value that give us many benefit and give us our need everyday,so many people still buying and invest in bitcoin.
Thats true, and I think they still believe on Bitcoin that it will be okay and go back to the higher price again. Bitcoin changes from time to time. You can definitely say bitcoin is useless because it is constantly changing. These people believe that changes will occur in the future that will bring back btc on a betrer state |

Yep, People are still buying Bitcoin because they already know the benefits of Bitcoin and its advantages. Bitcoin became more popular because the banking system is not frictionless and not limited to less cost per transaction that is why Bitcoin is overcoming the banking system. This further proves that patience is a very important and much needed thing in crypto |
