In this night, i mined on sexy pool, and also its offline like 1-2 Hours now, but nothing show in balance

Clear difficulty goes up and constantly changes.
I've seen this calculation somewhere here.
I use this calculation:
Your hashrate / Networkhashrate * coins per block * (3600 * 24) seconds in a day / seconds between blocks = Your coins per day.
Example: 146 / 362,000 * 6 * 3600 * 24/90 = 2.323
