Yeah, the things is with XtraBYtes...I think people are so hyped, they think the whole cryptoworld is as hype as they are and therefore expect the price to reach high numbers in no time. Reality has shown us that it doesn't go that fast. For a project that is just two months old, the value it is right now is even a good value.
NEM was around 300 sat last year around this time. Now between 7000/8000 sat? (coinmarketcap) BITSHARES was around 800/900 sat last year around this time. Now over 11000 sat (coinmarketcap) RIPPLE was 900 sat last year around this time. Now over 11000 sat (coinmarketcap)
And they existed longer then two months when they were in these numbers last year. And more importantly: BTC was worth way less compared to now.
Looking at NEM, RIPPLE, BITSHARES' price chart, people will say: "Damn, you should've bought a lot of RIPPLE when it was 900 sat!!"
And THATS where we are now. Instead of complaining with every price drop and getting hyped at every rise (looking at your own blockfolio), you should just focus on getting more and more so you won't be the guy in about a year from now looking at the XBY chart and saying: "Wow, I should've bought me a lot of XBY when it was just 700 sat!"
Do not use XBY in your blockfolio or whatever to see what your investments are doing. HODL XBY in your closet (wallet) and open it's doors in about a year from now and then calculate what your losses and profits are. Checking your investments on this type of longtermmoontrip on daily basis will make you FUD and weak.
I am a supporter but I think you are wrong (in a good way) The only reason xtrabytes is cheap now is because the technology is not done, we are not on a bigger vol exchange.and also we are still not widely known about or ignored because fud makes us look like we are a scam. Once these things are in place probably as rough esstimate before christmas this year Xtrabytes will have a huge marketcap. its true the projects you mentioned took time but we are in a different time in crypto now. projects that are seen as decent get massive valuations within a few weeks. popular ICOs are getting 50m plus and you need 25m marketcap just to get into the top 100. Also this is only going to increase in the coming months with many respected people predicting btc at 10k. So if we get the 3 things in place things we will move much quicker than people think.

OK Fatoshi we know you're long . Where do you see the marketcap in a year then? My guess is $1 per coin.

If its under 100m i will be surprised. Assuming the tech has come together. After 100m and everyone starts to look into it then it could go anywhere. Even 1bn quite soon after tech is done. My personal target is it would be 200-300m range by end of year if everything goes to plan.
There is risk though. Only a fool thinks somethink is a dead cert. But im quite confident from whatni have seen so far.

When will xby price raise?
Buy, help to promote and wait. It's a long way, but I think it's worth it.

When will xby price raise?
No one can accurately predict that, otherwise everyone would be rich. Development is coming along nicely as shown by the latest vids.

Submissions for our website design contest are closing at 10 PM GMT tonight, with a community vote deciding the winner shortly after. The format will most likely be: Static owners decide the best 2 designs, and then the final vote between those 2 will be a public poll on our Slack. You can view the current submissions here: https://trello.com/b/w2l9yeOk/community-website-submissionsGood luck!

WEBSITE VOTE STARTS NOW!!
The first stage of the OFFICIAL voting for our newly designed, Community Corporate Website has now begun. The vote is being controlled by CCNCCN and Vanfly and will consist of all STaTiC Owners choosing the best 2 designs over the next 24 hours. Once this has been decided the final vote will be done by open poll on our Slack with all Community Members deciding the winning design.
Please note that in order to maintain integrity, any new accounts added to Slack will not be considered for voting.
Thank you all for your input over the last week as these designers have been working hard to present something to improve our corporate website presence. Please keep an eye on the forum and/or our Slack channel for continued updates.
Have and XtraBYtes Day!!

By the community, for the community. This type of initiatives proof that this project is really a sincere project that cares what their community thinks and even let them participate. I have posted here multiple times because I am just amazed how this projects keeps unfolding time after time; everytime it amazes me and well, I have to keep supporting it by telling it to the rest of the people.
