Okay it is a day when we started to grow up again  We can see already value near 715 sat. It is going up It's been a seesaw for the last two months but I'm glad it never went down to 400 sats i hope the community couls push this to 1500 again and stay there, and when the roadmap are all implemented we'll all going to see this to 3000 to 5000 sats. |

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

The STaTiCs node seems like a very unique solution to the 51%
I'll keep digging on these.
To add to what nemwanderer said, the plan is to make the platform core based and modular. That is, developers will be able to create systems/apps on top of the platform (so with all the security and scalability advantages). An ICO Platform, for example, could be built. It is being designed as a competitor to Eth, IIRC. i think a more active community is needed to be ETH competitor. EOS and Tezos are also investing heavily and are very popular. |

The more I follow Xtrabytes the more I think we have something incredible special. The major coins that don't have POW or POS are IOT and byteball, with byteball susposedly copying IOTA. The differnece is IOTA solves a lot of issues but also seems to have some issues too. Does XBY really have any competitors? Looking at this project, I can't really pick point what the project is all about, I saw on Altcoin Discussion section someone comparing it to Ethereum, Ethereum past is not as poor as this. What most people don't understand is that most of this coins derived their value from strong community which is a price less gift to have

I recommed you join the slack. The first round of static nodes is over. There will be another round but i think they wont be quote the same. There will be chance to get a forst round node from the few people who broke them but it will be competitive. |

it's taking off! resistance wall coming up, volume building up. here we gooooo So far they are performing better than last week,could be because of the good update and the people coming in to be part in the development of Xtrabyte, I hope we can sustain this until we stabilize at 3000 sats,whenever it hit 1500 sats it goes down again, this is not a pump and dump coin in my opinion. |

It's definitely not a pump and dump coin. But FUD and FOMO is messing hard with it's price: people have weak hands so the minute they see a big sell order, they panic and sell too. Other way around too: the peak to 1500/1700 was also people fearing they wuld miss out of this good deal . Besides that: there is someone or something active on XBY, I am sure. It's active to supress it's growth. Everyday again, there is this big sell order (near 1 BTC) just a couple of sats above the lowest sell order. Whenever someone is buying big, suddenly the sell order is gone or up to a different sat. |

this coin is months old and the tech behind it hasn't even been implemented yet.
price is irrelevant, we should be having a more focused discussion around how to make the coin succeed, rather than just what this coin does for your short-term profit.
we have a huge chance to revolutionize blockchain technology, don't simply think in the scope of your wallet.
just my 2 cents.
