A use case for this is digitally signing Lien Waivers in the construction industry. Sub contractors must sign a Lien Waiver with the General Contractor before they are paid.  There's currently only one major player in the digital signing of Lien Waivers, Textura, which was bought out by Oracle last year.

This is huge. I hope you can get this to work. I actually had the idea of a new coin called Lien Waiver Coin, but looks like you guys are a few steps ahead and NTRY is a more generic term Smiley

Dev team - you mentioned you did a Market survey, have you published the results? Can you share the links?

MARKET SURVEY
Note that before we started we have tested the potential market. We talked to many (different gender and age) and it turned out that there are a huge number of potential users.

I think you should take a look at this article before choosing etc instead of eth: https://www.cryptocompare.com/coins/guides/what-is-ethereum-classic/

If there is no way to cancel a smart-contract using the law it will never go mainstream, just imagine this case: a guy is death treaten and sell his house for 2$ or marry against his will if we cannot cancel this smartcontract retroactively how can we be able to go mainstream ?

Hey B3N4,

it is nice to hear from you again. To answer your question:

We are very well aware of this differences between ETH and ETC.

If you are using Bitcoin or other crptocurrencies, you may also imagine the case where a guy transfer his bitcoins to some addresss. In hurry, he made a mistake and send bitcoins to one of his old addresses; since he lost the private keys some time ago, the whole amount of money is lost. Similar case may be a guy under a death threat who sends bitcoins to given address. There is no chance to get them back later since he does not know the owner (i.e. blackmailer). So, the strongest point of the cryptocurrencies can be also their weakest point.

The same thing is about smart contracts. I can not imagine that the community will make a kind of hard/soft fork just to cancel or revert some smart contract. We believe that the community will find a solution for such cases.

In general, NTRY will offer three levels of complexity for contracting: basic (primary stage), where the mentioned case can not happened (contract is just digitaly signed). However, higher level (second and mature stages), which involves smart contracts may include some fuse to avoid such cases. However, such solutions are under development.

Hey dmanicus,

I agree, this is huge, and people are finally starting to recognize the full potential of the project.

We know about Oracle and Textura and the work they are doing.
But as you said, what we are doing, is a different ball game and we are trying to change a wider range of services with blockchain tech.

If you have any questions or you think you could contribute to anything we are doing, you are welcome to pm me Smiley

regards,
Saso

MARKET SURVEY
Note that before we started we have tested the potential market. We talked to many (different gender and age) and it turned out that there are a huge number of potential users.

It was not a classical survey. The idea was presented to different people over a longer period (from the early beginning when we came out with the idea). Then the results (i.e. positive, negative, other) were bookmarked, some were lost. We never tried to analyze the data in statistical sense since the overal impression was very good. To be honest, we didn't have time to do that. And what is more important, after the announcement, the (positive) reponse on different forums (our subjective assessment) is consistent with survey.

Someone may say that it was very amateurish. We believe in the results of the survey (although they confirm our beliefs). Its is known fact that the results of the survey can be manipulated or one can get incorrect results by misinterpretation of input data (»s..t in, s..t out«).

why specify ETC wallet? join Signature Campaign!

Hey Komosa,

We are needing both wallets because we are testing both, ETC and ETH.
This week is the final testing and then we will present our decision. All I can say for now is that we are 90% positive that the NTRY token will be based on ETH.

Thanks for the support!

Updating the spreadsheets once a week? every Sunday?

Spreadsheets are updating instantly (users added).
For other criteria (stakes & NTRY tokens), that will be updated at the end.

Saso
