The decision was on bayern right now. Everything related to the totenham and spurs already completed. I meant we must be aware if kane and spurs have been giving a green light for kane to leave from the club. Bayern is still trying so hard in negotiating with spurs about kane's price. My belief is that Bayern should abandon their pursuit if the club is not willing to invest heavily in acquiring Kane from Spurs. Everything is clear now and the final decision gonna be in bayern's hand.
Regardless of how many times Bayern sends a bid for Kane, it's irrelevant. Spurs will always be rejecting it. Spurs didn't intend to accept less than 100 m bid from bayern. It's caused by spurs still needs kane as well. Bayern will get spur's best striker and that's why that price is making sense for me.
Apart from Mbappe, another name that has been mentioned the most is Harry Kane in the transfer window, and what is unique is that it has a similar side in the transfer process, which is full of drama. I think this is just a push and pull process for a while, because it is reported that Kane has reached a personal agreement with Bayern Munchen. Mid August I think will be the right moment for Kane to leave Tottenham. Although on the other hand Tottenham will retain their star players in various ways, they will not take too big risks. Because next year Kane will turn 31 and his contract will expire. Drop now or lose out entirely next year. Kane should not miss this opportunity of playing in a senior level football, Bayern is the best team for him right now, he needs to win a trophy and Tottenham can't win it for him, he has done his best for the club, it's high time they let him go for his personal achievement in his career. Bayern is lacking top striker, after the departure of Lawe to Barcelona, and it has affected their attacking line, for years now, Tuchel feels Kane can fit in the vacuum, that's why the club is doing everything to bring Kane to The German giant.

Bayern Munich are getting closer to finishing the signing of Harry Kane step by step. They have made their third offer to Tottenham which is near 100 million euros package. They are confident they will finish this agreement successfully soon. As Levy's hands seem to be tied from now on I think he would accept this deal finally. By saying his hands are tied I mean he was told to sell Kane this summer. Hence he should be doing this while there is a really favorable offer to accept.
I don't want to watch Kane playing for Tottenham anymore. He deserves to play for a bigger team and achieve titles before his career comes to an end.
I think Tottenham are better off letting Kane go and the money can be used to buy young players, they should at least invest in long term options. There's nothing wrong with letting go of Kane, who has been contributing to Spurs for a long time, let Kane provide his services at another club that can provide what Kane has to achieve while in football, namely the League Trophy. Tottenham must know themselves that if they can't offer anything then don't be a barrier for players who want to have a history of lifting trophies. The drama of the Kane transfer saga, no less exciting than the Mbappe saga. negotiations between Bayern and Spurs were going on quite tough, ever since Bayern had their eyes on Kane as Lewandowski's successor. these two clubs, have held several meetings and offer after offer was rejected by the Spurs. As the league is about to get back underway and the summer transfer market is drawing to a close, Spurs are unsettled that their striker is rumored to not be extending his contract. Spurs owner Joe Lewis has reportedly told chairman Levy that Kane has left Tottenham with little choice but to sell him this summer. while Levy, of course, will go out of his way to pay him, they at least have some control over the next club interested in him. conversely, by letting the deal run out, Spurs risk losing Kane as a free agent after just 11 months. According to a fairly reliable source, Florian Plettenberg, Bayern's 3rd proposal would cost €95 million, just slightly less than what Levy was asking for. Plettenberg also claims Bayern are planning to make Kane their record scorer and on an extraordinary five-year contract until 2028. In another report, Bayern and Tottenham have yet to set a new date for talks, but "all parties are confident of finding a deal" well, if these rumors true, it is very likely that Kane's transfer will reach the final. so, let's just wait.

If Harry Kane is released by Tottenham, maybe Tottenham will get a lot of money in exchange for Harry Kane, but they may not find a player like Harry Kane again. They are thinking twice about releasing Harry Kane which is why they have not been able to sell Harry Kane until now. If Harry Kane goes to another club, Tottenham must bet on a young player because at the moment maybe no star like Harry Kane wants to go to Tottenham. Since Harry Kane's market value is high enough this season, Tottenham should sell Harry Kane this season because next season Harry Kane's market value may drop down a lot, so to receive a good amount, Harry Kane must be sold this season.

For the Saudi Arabian Pro League at this time, it cannot be underestimated and that is recognized by European clubs who are fighting over each other's top players. Saudi Arabia evaluates players from a historical point of view and they know how to attract these players to the Arab League. Based on developments in the transfer market this season alone, the number of European players moving to Saudi Arabian clubs has increased dramatically. So there is a concern for European clubs if the guaranteed salary offered is still below Saudi Arabia's offer. When this continues, it is possible that Saudi Arabia's competition will become a new mecca, especially for the Asian region and its surroundings. Saudi Arabia pro league has shocked world football with the money they have, they have succeeded in bringing in top European players with fantastic salary offers. Great players have been brought in, now the Saudi Arabia pro league is starting to become a mecca for top players who are tempted by high salaries. This condition will become a threat to European football, European clubs will lose their mainstay players who are lured in with high offers, it is very difficult to stem the intentions of players if they want to move clubs immediately. This transfer market has brought in so many top players to join different clubs, maybe this number will increase in the next transfer market.

That's the main reason why klopp was sending a protest to the UEFA and FIFA. Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has called on football governing bodies FIFA and UEFA to "find solutions" on closing the Saudi Arabia transfer window earlier. The summer window for Europe's top five leagues closes on Sept. 1, but Saudi Pro League clubs can sign players until Sept. 20. https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/_/id/38113493/jurgen-klopp-calls-uefa-fifa-act-saudi-transfer-windowKlopp was still feeling worry about that caused by saudi club can still disrupt the market till 20 sept. Saudi gonna try to recruit popular european players as many as possible before the deadline of transfer season. We are still 1 month away from the closing if EU league transfer season. Saudi is still having a lot of time to make various negotiations to the so many players. I don't even know how many players gonna be recruited by saudi clubs but i would like to call this as one of craziest transfer that i have ever seen. PIF with its major clubs in saudi pro league keep try to sign more and more players from various european leagues. It's also making so many people worry about that. Saudi was just using its unlimited money.

In order news as concerns the situation at Tottenham, the manager, Ange Postecoglou has expressed his interest in signing Chelsea's Romelu Lukaku to the club. This is of course based on if Harry Kane is sold as speculated. Also, it is a good move by Mikel Arteta to sign a new goalkeeper, David Raya. He's from Brentford and cost around £40m. I think Arteta should also sign a striker in addition to Saka and Gabriel. Manchester city ain't joking this season because they added a new defender to their already formidable team. I can only imagine how hot this season is going to be.

The rumour is Mauricio Pochettino didn't too agree with this transfer because he want Chelsea to buy experience player although Ugochukwu have already playing with Rennes 60 times and became an Rennes key player but he still doubt about Ugochukwu quality that whether he can able to performing well with Chelsea or not and some people believe why Chelsea want to bought this player because they look for other alternative player instead of Moises Caicedo because seems Chelsea find it difficult to get Caicedo which is Brighton demanding high price and apparently Pochettino didn't have any plan to make Ugochukwu as Chelsea main squad for this season and rumour is Chelsea will loan Ugochukwu to Strasbourg for at least 1 season
Although I have some reservations, I happy with this deal. I see how fast Chelsea because they know that if they didn't sign him, the competition from other Premier Leagues clubs will take him in a second. I haven't really watched this player in a live match but from football highlights, I would say that Ugochukwu has some very impressive skills and potential especially as a midfielder. Now the Chelsea has signed him, they have an alternative for the midfield position. He is a promising player. And to add, it is just as if Chelsea told Brighton that they're not desperate for Caicedo. But after this signature, Chelsea most importantly needs another experienced midfielder. Not so sure why they let Ngolo Kante leave if they can't get the deal for Caicedo done before the start of the season. Chelsea can't rely of the so called Ugochukwu, he'll need time to develop and also adapt to the Premier League. Caicedo would play behind Enzo Fernandez but who will play ahead of Enzo Fernandez? Not Gallagher Please! LoL. They'll need a matured attacking midfielder. Pochetino may finally get to win his first trophy with Chelsea. I don't know why I have that good feeling about him. Too many failures he's already had, now's time to finally win silverwares.

The money being spent by Saudi Pro league clubs is nothing compared to what European clubs have been spending for several years now especially in the premier league. The EPL has the biggest pull in Europe both financially and attractiveness, this has been normalized maybe because the league actually generates heavy revenue, bigger than the other top leagues while the Saudi League at this time is spending far more than they are generating.
In my personal opinion, I do not think the Saudi league can sustain these investments for several years if they do not focus on youth training centers and scouting facilities. Buying players who are at the twilight of their careers does not boost a league up, it just creates hype which will eventually fade away. They need to combine high profile signings with talent generation.

Daniel Levy should allow Harry Kane to sign for Bayern Munich having blocked him in his first attempt to join Man City few seasons ago, Harry Kane had paid his due for the club since joining the club in2009/2010 season unfortunately without any trophy and medal to his credit and now he is at the peak of his career joining Bayern Munich would help him win his first major trophy in his career, honestly €100m is a reasonable fee that will help the club to sign young talented players from clubs across Europe and if the purported transfer didn't work out then I don't think he will have another better offer again, there had been some rumors and speculations of his imminent move to Man Utd and Real Madrid unfortunately both didn't work out.

Saudis basically own all the teams, it may look like they do not actually own the teams but they do. I believe that they are trying to make a competitive league and put these players in all different teams but the money for it all comes from the same family.
I believe if they could, they could have just put all of them on just a single team and made an application to be on the UCL with these players, like an exception and if not they would win 30 out of 30 games and then win the arap champions league and just purely dominate all of that place, and if they are allowed to participate in Asian one, then win that one as well. Think about all the transfers that happened to Saudi league this season, a team made of best Saudi league players could definitely dominate Asia easily, and be fun to watch at UCL as well.
For the Saudi Arabian Pro League at this time, it cannot be underestimated and that is recognized by European clubs who are fighting over each other's top players. When this continues, it is possible that Saudi Arabia's competition will become a new mecca, especially for the Asian region and its surroundings. Salaries paid in the Saudi Arabian league have caused a redistribution of cards in the football world. Europe's leading teams will now have to pay big bucks to keep players on the team. Like a snowball, this will affect both the strong and the weak, and I think the football industry will fall into a great economic crisis. Saudi Arabia influences the entire football world.

And offers from several clubs in the Saudi Arabian League can make players from Europe tempted, especially since the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mane and other stars can help allay other players' fears that their futures may be over if they decide to move to the Arab League. This is a new phenomenon in football after Cristiano Ronaldo decided to move and join Al Nassr

Manchester city has reportedly reached an agreement to bring in one of the stars of the 2022 world cup who is now defending Leipzig, namely Josko Gvardiol. His cost is estimated at around 90 million euros and this week he will undergo a medical test before being announced as an official Manchester City player. Now for matters of Manchester City's defense line there is no need to be confused for a long time and Pep Guardiola is certainly happy to be able to get one of the talented players who is still 21 years old. I think this is the most successful transfer for Manchester City this season and Josko Gvardiol's choice was the right choice to join last season's treble winner.

I think Bernardo Silva will not leave Manchester City now probably. Manchester City are seeing him as a really important player right now. They are thinking of making a huge improvement in his salary. It is even talked about doubling his current salary I mean. This would be an offer which is hard to refuse for Silva probably.
Manchester City can get a really solid offer for him this summer. But I don't think they would let go of him anyway. I don't know if Silva would like to leave for Saudi teams either. I think it is a little early for him to do so.
But I know that Saudi teams started to sign a deal with younger players lately also. Therefore it is up to his call if there is a huge offer to be seen.
Do you guys actually think he is going to go to the Saudi league? I am genuinely asking. Personally, I don’t think he is going to go to the Saudi league. That is going to be a huge step down for him. But in the last few years we have seen a lot of things become possible because of Money. So there is never a 0% possibility of this happening. I think Manchester City is not going to accept any offer from the Saudi league because the player is too valuable for them right now. But question is what if the offer is really big? Will the club still be able to say no? After all, they can always bring another really good player with that type of money. And isn’t that the best thing for the club? If you would like to find out about my answer it is no. I don't think Bernardo Silva would like to leave Europe now. He has won his first Champions League title in his career with Manchester City. I think this will make him even more competitive to fight for increasing the number of his achievements. He is going to be 29 years old eight days later and has two more years to go on his contract. I think he will stay at Manchester City at least until the end of his current contract. But I feel like he will even extend the duration of his contract soon as the potential offer by his team is said to be huge like I said.

Some sources reported that Manchester City paid Am I the only one thinking that all the recent transfer fees are insane though. I mean yeah he is a great player but obviously he is no where near the cost of 90 million for a 21 years old player. If city paid around 50 mil or something, that would have already been decent price already Haaland cost even less compared to Josko, all recent transfer's number are getting out of hands

In Bavaria, he was getting 25 million a year before taxes, and in Al Nasr he will get 40 million a year after taxes. In terms of money, a perfect decision, but it's hard to see how the career of a football player who was the second contender for the Ballon d'or in just two years went downhill. But the way the Saudis are getting stronger continues to please me.
Mane's performance has declined after he left Liverpool and money is clearly a benchmark more when it is difficult to compete and cannot go anywhere after at Bayern is not wanted and does not see any club that dares to take him except the Arab club so going there is the best thing. Even if Mane is aware that the conditions in his career will not be the same again but it will not matter when money talks btw talking about Arab clubs now seems to be more interesting with so many players who are there. Although the competition and the game will not be the same but with some big players joining this season of course this will also be a greater attraction for Arab clubs. Tuchel did not see Mane as a player of the first squad, so this transition is justified. And by the way, no one will accuse Mane of greed - as far as I remember, he donated a significant part of his salary to improve life in his village where he comes from. Given the poverty of Senegal, this was very significant, now after quadrupling his salary, he will be able to donate more (if he wants).

Chelsea might had just shot themselves on the leg because rumour has it that Ugochukwu was the intended replacement for Caicedo by Brighton if a deal finally gets reached between the two clubs. Now if Brighton before would had considered a selling prize close to what they were asking for so they can use some of the money to sign Ugochukwu that won't happen again as Chelsea has bought the player. I'm with Pochettino on this this, we already have too many youngsters in the team and they'll be giving starting position so we don't need more young players but experience ones will be great so Chelsea hurry to sign Caicedo or go with other options that's been linked to the club. I see now that Chelsea are increasingly eager to get Mbappe after Liverpool's failure in a deal with PSG. We know that PSG want this sale to happen as quickly as possible, to any club that wants him including Chelsea. PSG don't want Mbappe to end up leaving as a free agent because obviously that's a big loss. It looks like Todd is serious about his decision to sign Mbappe, but I'm not so sure if they will be able to afford the fantastic price from PSG, I'm quite questioning about the amount of the price, because as you mentioned Chelsea still hasn't made a statement about the amount of the offer.
Mbappe should just go to Saudi for the one year and return back to Europe through his agreement with Real Madrid (since he has already agreed to play for the club in 2024 as reported by numerous media and suspected by PSG). He has already stayed in PSG for August so he's eligible for his loyalty bonus. Now he should just go get the bag and return to real football next season. Chelsea doesn't need him if he's just going to leave us after one year. We can't build the club around him and he just leave us to dry. Todd Boehly should stop chasing after him unless he's just using him as clout to attract other players to the club. There's too much attention on Mbappe and that's won't be nice on a footballing level for the club.

Now Fabinho to Ittihad. The transfer fee is accurate to his marketvalue, it look like a "normal" transfer fee. He leaves Liverpool and receives a contract at Ittihad Club until 2026. He will play with Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kante there. The transfer fee 46.7 million euros, with a market value of 42 million euros. With 29 years, he kann play easy till 32. Source: https://twitter.com/ittihad_en/status/1686101863383404544Seeing the number of experienced and good players joining the Saudi pro league this summer, I must confess that I am now interested in following the Saudi league. Fabinho joining Karim Benzema And Ngolo Kante at Ittihad will further boost the team’s improvement for the coming season. I believe this league will be very competitive with the admissions this summer. Everything that was predicted when Ronaldo joined Al Nassr is happening.

- Jay -
I don't know exactly, with the project initiated by the Saudi kingdom and the PIF company. simple logic, they know what they are doing. their aim, it seems, is not just to develop their football league and introduce it to the world. because, indirectly, what they are doing has become the center of attention from all the eyes of football fans around the world. Saudi trend, became very famous by bringing in top European players. then do they want to become a super league in a short time, the answer does not seem to be the case. whether their football will immediately increase rapidly, it doesn't seem like that. I believe, if they are well aware of what they are planning. moreover, the Saudi clubs have poured out huge sums of money. but don't worry, because they have abundant resources to maintain this kind of hype for at least the next 4-7 seasons. anyway, if i'm not mistaken, there are some clubs that have their own football academies. it seems, they also plan to develop the talents of the younger generation. well, according to the initial scenario, they also target to host the 2030 world cup. what are the advantages, I think we are aiming at the business sector which is their investment. not only from football, but football can be an entry point for them. by the way, this is just my personal opinion. most likely, what I said is not like the actual scenario.

But don't worry, it's very rare for players from young European clubs to have no interest in going there even though the offer is very large, but European star players prefer to get the right club to be able to have a good career and get a title in a big competition and automatically their career is recognized and have even bigger offers in the future like Kylian Mbappe and Haaland even though several times the Saudi Arabian club wanted to sign him but they refused. Even though CR7 was there earlier, in reality it didn't make a good contribution

On the other hand now it is clear Liverpool must look faster. Fabinho although quite old but he is one of the most central players and rarely replaced at Liverpool. Even if it is possible that his position can still be filled by Arnold where Klopp's experiment last season was successful but still this must be a worthy replacement in the end. On the other hand, there is still the name Curtis Jones who is predicted to be able to contribute as well as Fabinho's successor but of course this also still needs to be proven.
