Maybe I missed it but I read Buffon is back at his home club? It is said that he returned to Parma. He's back with a free transfer status. At the age of 43, it seems that he does not want to retire immediately. We know Parma are currently in Serie B the Italian league. Today when I open my eye and check instagram news see Sergio Ramos announce to leave Real Madrid after 12 years, very bad and sad hear this information about Ramos will left Real Madrid, always my favorite team never give applause and more appreciated for legendary player who give many trophy for team, from Raul Gonzalez, Iker Casilas until Sergio Ramos always neve give more applause by Madrid management.
This is the biggest news of the week for me,,, not Morata moving or Sancho rumors but this. I do not follow much Spanish football but everybody knows the name of this guy, either for national team or Real Madrid. Losing their king Zidane and now their prince Ramos. I guess it is a total new era for them now. This is heartbreaking and the end of an era. It has been a a good stay but Real Madrid legends are treated badly after servicing 16 years at the club. Since Ronaldo decided left the club in 2018, So many things have changed in Real Madrid and this club won't be same appealing to the people. Real Madrid and we are the football fans forever grateful Sergio Ramos. A huge loss for Real Madrid, there will never be another. Simply the greatest defender of all time. Thank you Ramos!

Honestly I do not see Ramos doing anything substantial anymore, dude wasn't a bad player even on his last season, but he wasn't good enough to play in any meaningful team, and instead of going to some midtable team or even low rank team, it would be wiser to go to a place like USA, Qatar, China or whatever because those nations will give him the most money. I get that it is not easy to accept that fate and move on but that is what you should be doing if you are no longer that good, I get that it is psychologically a horrible thing because you have been one of the best defenders in the whole world for 15 years and then suddenly someone tells you to go to china to get paid otherwise you will not be wanted, that is of course a big change and it of course is a terrible feeling. But at the end of the day he is not as good as he used to be so he just has to accept it and move on.

Anderlecht midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga (21) is leaving the club this summer. Arsenal have already made an offer for the player, while Bayern are also following the situation closely https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1405560758667259912I haven't found much about Lokonga except that his market value is about €12m according to Transfermarket.com. Are there any Anderlecht fans around? Would you consider him worth the money?

Gattuso has been already sacked from Fiorentina with the season not started yet.
Fonseca will not join Spurs.
As result, Gattuso now is in Pole Position for joining spurs!
...
transfermarkt.co.uk now also reports about the out of Gatusso and the alleged interest from the spurs Earlier on Thursday, The Athletic named Gattuso as the favorite to take over Tottenham Hotspur. Spurs are currently looking for a successor for José Mourinho. Previously, it was understood that Paulo Fonseca would take over that position, but the club now appears to have decided against that transfer. That decision does not have a financial background; rather, the club prefers Gattuso as the club's ideal coach. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/gattuso-leaves-fiorentina-head-coach-headed-to-tottenham-/view/news/387502and here are three more transfer news: Yerson Mosquera - from atlético nacional to wolverhampton wanderers Since Jan. 1, EU players have to acquire a work permit to play in the United Kingdom. In order to receive a work permit, players have to fulfill a point-based system. To protect the attractivity of the Premier League, the English FA has eased the visa requirements for players from other countries—including for players from South America where competitions like the Copa Libertadores and some U20 tournaments are now ranked highly in the point system. Wolverhampton Wanderers have now benefited from the new system and signed Colombian talent Yerson Mosquera. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/wolves-sign-mosquera-england-transfers-from-south-america-eased-because-of-brexit/view/news/387495Matthias Ginter - from borussia mönchengladbach to fc barcelona? After Ginter has been linked with a move to Bayer Leverkusen by Sport Bild, the center-back is also being watched by Barcelona according to a report by the Redaktionsnetzwerks Deutschland. The Catalans are in for the defender for whom Gladbach can only offer a new contract with a reduced salary. "The ten golden years in which there was always more and more money are over," Gladbach sporting director Max Eberl has said to Bild. "Players, agents, clubs—everyone has to take a step back." Ginter earns €3.5 million a year. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/barcelona-want-matthias-ginter-quot-sit-down-quot-with-gladbach-quot-after-the-tournament-quot-/view/news/387507Ashley Young - from inter milan to aston villa After one-and-a-half years with Inter Milan, Ashley Young has returned to England to play for his former club Aston Villa. The 35-year-old signed a one-year contract that will keep him until Jun. 30, 2022, at Aston Villa. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/ashley-young-returns-to-aston-villa-spent-18-months-at-inter-milan/view/news/387510

Now that it is certain that Jerome Boateng will leave FC Bayern in the summer, he could move to AS Monaco. Although no final decision has been made, Boateng is in talks with AS Monaco. At AS Monaco, Boateng would meet his former coach Niko Kovac. The relationship between the two is considered good and could have an impact on Boateng's decision. Monaco have made a contract offer for Jérôme Boateng. No decision has been made yet but talks are progressing. Niko Kovač is looking to add an experienced centre-back to his squad and has targeted Boateng [@Santi_J_FM] Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1405621181714255882A move to AS Monaco makes perfect sense in my opinion. Boateng still has the opportunity to play in a strong team and reach the Champions League or the UEFA Europa League. In addition, AS Monaco should meet Boateng's salary expectations. All in all, I think this transfer is quite realistic. Let's see what happens in the next few days.

It looks like PSG is planning something big for next season. I'm guessing they're targeting their first champions league title. They added more midfield firepower with Gini Wijnaldum few weeks ago and now they're going after a veteran defender like Varane. In my opinion, it's a good deal. Varane would most likely bring more quality and his experience to PSG's defense which is a critical factor in their team that has hampered their Europe aspirations for two consecutive seasons. First in UCL final for 2019/2020 and semi-final tie with City few months ago.

There is no need to question Ramos loyalty to Real Madrid
Yep, I know it. That's why I explain it before. Ramos is one of my favorite players in Real Madrid. Although in the past, I dislike him because of too many unnecessary fouls did by him in El Classico. But finally, I understand it, it may be caused by the instruction from the coach. 4 potential destinations for Sergio Ramos: Man City - Man United - Paris Saint-Germain - Seville
As I guess before, he probably moves to these 3 top clubs. Well, I think he finally will move to Man United or Paris Saint Germain. This is not even a problem there are great leaders still left in the team, Modric and Kroos are both leaders
Why do you think Modric and Kroos can be great leaders? I am not sure if one of them will be chosen as the next captain. Benzema more deserves as the leader. He spent a longer time in Real Madrid and knows the squad well.

The level of his game is still quite high, Ramos himself knows about it and this is partly why the failure in the negotiations on the extension of the contract, when the player still feels strong and his level, and the club wants to hedge and save on the services of an aging player. I think that Ramos will still find his club in Europe for two seasons, another question is whether the future club will be ready to meet the financial ambitions of the player, yet not all clubs can pay such large sums as Real Madrid pays.

Well, Real Madrid finally loses his captain if he leaves. Who will be the next captain?
This is not even a problem there are great leaders still left in the team, Modric and Kroos are both leaders but I'm sure the handband will be given to Modric to give the team an exceptional leadership spirit as the most oldest in the team, we still have the likes of Marcelo who is the assistant captain in the team but his future is not certain yet. The First choice could probably be Marcelo and then Benzema when Marcelo doesn't play, but things could change under new management, given that Benzema was one of Zidane's favorite players even through his tough times. I haven't seen Modric and Kroos where the armband that much

I think also that it would be Modric. Still anybody could become captain since most of them have good leadership qualities. Still find ti hard to believe now that Ramos leaving Madrid is for real. Feels almost like an era ended. The contributions that he made for the team was immense and truly proves a legend. Hoped that Real Madrid had made something again new on the table for him giving him some respect for his contributions but guess they don't care when players get old.

Leicester City have reportedly agreed terms with Patson Daka for the arrival of the Red Bull Salzburg striker to the King Power Stadium. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting that a fee has been accepted by Salzurg and official confirmation will be made next week. Source https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/leicester-city-transfer-news-daka-5544234
I guess Liverpool didn't need any striker overhaul, but this is a missed opportunity to get a striker of his talent cheaply, anyway good luck into your Foxes journey Patson.

Is this the fastest sacking coach in Italy? I don't know what really happened between the Fiorentina and Gattuso boards, is it true that the problem started from the discussion of player transfers?
Rumor has it that Gattuso is a candidate to coach Tottenham after this sacking, I'm not so sure, but if Tottenham choose Gattuso, I'm a little pessimistic about the outcome.

@leea-1334 I’m also gutted to see him leave, and in my personal opinion if Real doesn’t buy any big player now Perez position will be under scrutiny. Also if Perez decides to bring Bale back, that’ll be the last straw and I expect fans to protest aggressively against him. He said he would be back too and we all know I guess what that means,,, that he will be running for President;) And for me personally, I hope they take Gareth Bale back. He was okay with us at Spurs for the loan and now maybe his form at EURO means something more for his price but I do want to keep Son and Kane,,, but of course without a manager yet to come (and I believe the rumor now is Gattusso) I fear for our future:)
