If City paid around 110 million and added Sterling on top, we would pretty much arrive at around 160 million. I'd be surprised if Tottenham declined to get Sterling on top of 110 million in exchange for Kane.
According to Transfermarkt, Sterling is worth 90 million right now so giving Sterling away is definitely not an option for Manchester City. In the worst case scenario, City might not sign any striker atleast until the winter transfer window. Pep will probably put both Mahrez and Sterling up front with De Bruyne backing them then see how it goes with this. Gabriel Jesus and Torres Ferran are also a good option as the front striker for now though Now Sterling plays on left wing and they already had Son on the left, so I don't think they actually needed with him when they already had a pacy player like that.
I honestly dont think that would work with Sterling however even if they need a player that would set up the pace then there is still Bale. Bale was pretty good last season with Tottenham though

The formation from UCL final huh? would be a good one if they have a holding midfielder in between too but should work against most of the lower teams in PL. Now Sterling plays on left wing and they already had Son on the left, so I don't think they actually needed with him when they already had a pacy player like that.

For Spurs they have lot of players who weren't properly used like for example Bergwijn and they could do a lot with that talent if they start giving good amount of playing minutes. There is Lucas Moura who also wasn't used properly last season.

Gabriel Jesus and Torres Ferran are also a good option as the front striker for now though I believe he will continue with that plan anyway because after City announced the signing of Jack Grealish for 117 million euros, I don't think they should hire any more good strikers for now. I believe that for now City is very well served with the players they have, Pep just needs to have the wisdom (and he has) to climb and prepare the team well. Let's see what happens in the next games.

I am thinking it is more a case nobody wants Bale then Real needing him His enormous wages are a problem for Real and any team that would even consider taking him, especially now while clubs have been hit by covid financially. And he is a guy that does not want to go away to lower salary, he will rather be bench warmer and play golf in his free time.

I would like to focus on Cristiano Ronaldo and get you guys feedback about it. So CR7's bound to Juventus by another year of contract (31m net per season). The Portuguese wants to leave Turin, but there are big obstacles. Right now given his price tag + salary there is a lack of buyers. There would perhaps be Paris Saint-Germain left, but a possible offer by the French could only happen in case Mbappe goes to Real. Why losing a rising star (Mbappe) for a falling one (CR7)?

In my own opinion, i think Cristiano Ronaldo will remain in Turin this summer irrespective of what happens in the transfer window. So far it has been quiet from Juventus and the signs are there that Ronaldo was only signed for marketing purposes by Juventus and not to win the Champions Leagiue. Will Mbappe remain at PSG this summer, yes, he is definitely staying this summer, so that by 2022 summer, he can get a cut price deal to his preffered club in Madrid

That's also one factor why other big clubs are swaying their interests away or are not interested. Still we know Ancelotti favours him a lot and I think he is gonna use him now. Now question if Bale is gonna perform like he used to. He played well in Spurs but unfortunately that didn't went well enough to make the transfer permanent. Bale is enjoying his time wherever he goes so it's not a worry for him.

Arsenal completed the signing for Ben White from Brighton for around 50 million dollars! Crazy money for a player of his status but I do think it is an improvement over their other defenders. Manchester United just bought Varane who is double the player of white for a little over 30 million dollars.

Jack Grealish: Manchester City make £100m bid for Aston Villa and England midfielder According to this bbc report Man City are in for another surprise bid this time tabled a bid of £100 million if the bid is sealed that will be a record signing in EPL is Man City following financial fair play? the club is almost spending £200 million on Kane and Grealish despite the low income from other clubs due to the pandemic. Starling, Kane and Grealish in the starting line up of Man City will be very potent in the attack and their midfield difficult for any team to handle, pep is probably aiming to win UCL this season after losing the last edition final to Chelsea, interesting let see if Aston Villa will allow Grealish their most outstanding player let go with that mouthwatering offer of €100 from Man City. this transfer will most likely happen - because today it became official that midfielder Leon Bailey from bayer leverkusen will move to aston villa for €30mio. an agreement has already been reached and the medical check is still pending According to kicker, Bayer 04 will receive a transfer fee of more than 30 million euros, which could even rise to around 35 million euros if bonuses are added. With Bailey, the Werkself loses its strongest winger of the past season; the Jamaican scored 15 goals across all competitions. https://www.kicker.de/fuer-ueber-30-millionen-euro-bailey-wechselt-zu-aston-villa-866997/artikel

When all the clubs are in financial crisis, I could not have imagined that a club like Arsenal would buy a defender for 50m. However, Arsenal should have added any star player for their forward. After all, their entire team was unstable the previous season. The whole team should have been rearranged.

I haven't following Grealish that closely, is he worth that money?
Regarding Kane, so far the club owner only agreed that Kane could essentially leave the club, but there is no signature or confirmed new contract yet. Do you guys have any other information on that potential transfer?
He is the star player of Aston Villa and lot of teams have been targeting him like United was targeting him last transfer window and City also has been keeping an eye since last transfer window but now they have made a move. He could provide a good link up in the center-attacking mid. Here is what going on in Kane-Spurs-City- Kane wants to leave and City are also willing to give 100m+Sterling or other player but Spurs have rejected that bid and wants to keep Kane. They have set target of 160m Euro according to some rumours which City is having "second thoughts" now. So it is not really sure if Spurs really want to keep him or just wanted to play it tough so to get some more money from City. As for Kane's contract, he still has 3 years left on his contract. There is no way Jack Grealish is worth that much, I mean he's but that amount is outrageous, but that's what you get when it's Man City or PSG that's making the inquiry. I really don't get it but it seems all English players are just overhyped, Ben White for £50M, Meeeh!

The Turkish club Fenerbahce aims to strengthen its ranks, by contracting Andreas Pereira, the average of the Manchester United field, after the good performances he made with the Red Devils in the preparatory matches for the new season. The 25-year-old scored a superb goal in United's 2-2 draw against Brentford last Wednesday. Pereira moved to Manchester United in 2015, and since then has struggled to secure a place in the starting line-up, to be loaned 3 times to Granada, Valencia and finally Lazio last season. At the end of last season, the Italian club inquired about the possibility of permanently joining Pereira, so that United asked for 21 million pounds, so that Lazio decided to sign Philby Anderson for 3 million pounds. According to the British newspaper, “The Sun”, Fenerbahce inquired about the value of Pereira’s transfer, but the Turkish team is hesitant about paying 21 million pounds to win.

interesting let see if Aston Villa will allow Grealish their most outstanding player let go with that mouthwatering offer of €100 from Man City.
To be honest, I don't see any chance in hell for Aston Villa to reject this sort of amount for Jack Grealish, they well know he isn't even worth that amount to start with and then cause of what the transfer market has been turned into, with every player being priced at an outrageous amount, this is a good opportunity for Villa to cash in on their key man, he'll be a very big loss for the club, but the money can go a long way in helping them acquire a few players as well as handle other financial issues.

Monthly update regarding the summer transfer market session. We are in the middle of the session and from the table, you can see where and who is spending money. The only two realities that have money and are spending are those of the Premier League with a negative investment balance of over 200 million and Ligue1 or rather PSG, the only French team that is investing. I've heard that Manchester Utd are planning to sign B. Dortmund's young and very talented player, Erling Haaland next summer. But before them, I think that some other teams would like to make a serious and big offer. Chelsea should still be searching for a way to sign him. We've left many days behind but still there is no result. But they still can change this situation as long as they make an offer which Dortmund won't be able to reject.

Big news are coming for Beşiktaş. Alex Teixeira is close to sign a 3 year deal with Black Eagles. When he went to Dubai we thought this is over but Arab clubs didn't meet his expectations so he rotates back to Turkish league again. His friend and experienced Beşiktaş midfielder Josef de Souza made an instagram post captioned "Come to Beşiktaş" and he replied "Soon".
We can see this transfer to happen this week. Beşiktaş offered 2.5 million Euro per year and it will be 2+1 year contract. Alex Teixeira previously played in Shakhtar Donetsk and while everybody expect him to go to Liverpool he went to Jiangsu for 50 million Euro transfer fee in 2016.

Most amazing value for Aston Villa player Jack Grealish offer of €100 from Man City and have become actually issues, most rich and benefit for Aston Villa got higher value from Manchester City and they can use to buy many great player again. Just waiting few days with transfer windows close who will be new player for Manchester City because they not success and announce new player in this season.
After Harry Kane now Jack Grealish. Man City seems to never run out of making horrendous news and rumors because it always creates fantastic numbers which are Harry Kane and Jack Grealish were both offered £100 million. Tottenham didn't seem to want to accept the offer and set a price of £150 million for Harry Kane, but it was a different story with Aston Villa who seemed to be accepting an offer from Man City. If in the end Man City also fails to get Jack Grealish, then there will be another fantastic offer to other players (could be Robert Lewandowski or Erling Haaland).

There is no way Jack Grealish is worth that much
His worth is different to different clubs. He's definitely worth £100 million to Villa. They aren't holding out for more money, they just don't want to sell him at all, and want to raise the price to the level where City will give up. Think about it, Villa have ludicrously rich owners and don't need the money. If they lose Grealish and get another £100m, then it's not like they could entice another player of Grealish's ability to join them. They would struggle to get even 2x £50m players to join, particularly as losing Grealish would mark them down in the eyes of prospective joiners as a club who can't hold onto their best assets... which is probably why Villa are trying to get all their big incoming transfers done early, before Grealish leaves. Players of that standard all want to play Champions League. To City he's a decent addition to the squad, to Villa he's irreplaceable.
