This is a dubious statement, after all, in a more difficult league for attackers, Ronaldo became the top 3 scorer in far fewer games than the first two places. Well, if you look at the success of Atlético scorers, what will we see there? Correa 12 goals, Suarez 11  It's hard to be worse.
As for the noise generated by the fans, I would say that often the majority of the noise is created by a smaller part. But in general, now I do not expect Ronaldo to go to Atlético.

I'm not even sure about the Bayern rumors there. As for Atlético there may still be rumors but as you said, salary issues are still one of the factors that make it difficult for Atléltico to sign Ronaldo, especially with some who don't like him and some of the problems he's been through obviously complicate even though Atletico want Ronaldo.

A great job has been done by President Laporta in hijacking players to build a strong team. Barcelona team is handed Chelsea front and back. Well that is another Chelsea target heading to the Camp Nou, crazy summer transfer market isn't it, i am pretty sure Chelsea will be sweating now on what their options are, they have less than two weeks till the league starts, and they are pretty far from being ready, either in defense or in attack, Kounde was on their radar for quite a long while, at one point we all thought he was going to Chelsea, but at the moment, it is almost certain that he is joining Xavi's men in Spain.

I don't know if it is TV right's money that has enabled Barcelona to spend this much in this window, we would see what the effects of all these will be with time; having said that, i think Barcelona are now strong enough to compete, it is going to be a very interesting season for them, i do not think they will struggle like they did at the beginning of last season, they have enough quality players to compete with the very best teams. Ronaldo wanted to play champion league at all cost that is why he is so eager to play for any team participating in UCL, Atletico Madrid seems to be making an underground bid for him which eventually leaked out to their fans which prompted their protest, from some of their tweets they kicked against his signing which might affect other players and believe he is already in decline in term of his  performance and having previously played for their arch rival Real Madrid, from my own point of view Ronaldo should stay at Man Utd and play Europa league that is the possibility of him breaking more record in that competition.

I guess that's just about it, clubs aren't coming for him and that's not because he is aged or isn't a good player anymore. I think it's more to the fact that, his salary range is probably unaffordable by most clubs or should i say won't want to pay him that Hugh and supposedly the demand that Manchester United would ask for the player. He just had a meeting with the club and has told them that he doesn't want to be a part of United anymore and is pressing for a move to teams that are in the Champions League. It seems like a really good opportunity for Bayern Munich to get Ronald's services for a fairly cheap price, since Ronaldo wants to move and it is public knowledge by now. Bayern just sold their prominent striker and Ronaldo could potentially play in that position alongside Mane. Would definitely bring up the quality of the squad for sure. At least on a bench role, if not as a starter. If not Bayern, how about Dortmund? with Haller out indefinitely.
