All right, I think more than moving to Manchester United, Leroy Sané is going to be more interested in proving himself to Bayern Munich's authority. Why not pay €20m - €30m for Werner? It is a cheap price, his market value is still around €35m and he is still a young striker (26 years old). Moreover, Werner is very possible to perform well again if he can come back to Leipzig, he ever became a strong striker there. If he performed poorly/badly in Chelsea, it may be caused by the wrong treatment or unsuitable strategy used by Chelsea. As a striker of German national team, I think his performance isn't so badly.
