I just read the news from the dailymail that Manchester United are close to reaching an agreement with Ajax to sign Antony in the next 24 hours, for a fee of £84m. I don't doubt Antony that he can adapt quickly and play even better in the Premier League, but is it worth it for Man United to spend that much, this is beyond our expectations.
However, Antony has been one of Erik's top priorities this transfer window, they've been in negotiations for weeks, and it looks like Ajax will agree on a dowry of that magnitude.

Manchester United are too desperate for players and that's costing them more money, imagine spending for a player that don't have lengthy experience or achievements in football and still early for them to be spending much on a player knowing fully well that Anthony is not up to that amount. A whooping sum of £84m for Anthony is totally unacceptable and I'm strongly against the price tag slash on the Brazilian. Erik ten Hag would reach one of his top priority if Anthony deal is completely done and sealed.

I will not blame Manchester United if they want to sign more players.  What Manchester United experienced last season and early this season,  I think they do not want it to continue that is why they want to get good players that will always make the team to end up with a good result in every match.

Ajax seems to be selling the skin dearly for the sale of Antony. But is that enough? Trainer Schreuder has indicated that he wants to keep Antony and that he still has a contract. Ajax has already sold many players, what good is a high bank account if you lose all the star players? I think you're doing it wrong then. Ajax has earned a lot of money in recent years and now has to try to grab Erupian prizes instead of selling everything. That's also the reason they didn't get any further last season, I think. Now most updates are coming about this deal is already done, and we can expect some news about medical and personal terms in next few hours Manchester United is paying 100 Million Euros to Ajax for this deal which is surely too much even many pundits are feeling this is too much but as Manchester United were desperate, and they can afford this price for having better results in coming matches not bad at all.

To be honest i am surprised that the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo to Sporting Lissabon has not have happened yet. I know that Ronaldo is currently earning around 30 Million € AFTER taxes at Manchester United and that he is one of the top earners in football. Sporting could never pay a salary of this magnitude to CR7 but i doubt that he insists on such a extremely high salary. As you already said the main motivation for Ronaldo to change the club is the fact that he will not play Champions League at Manchester and he desperately wants to score a few more goals in that competition in order to stay in the record books of football for as long as possible.
Maybe ManU is still demanding a transfer fee that is to high for Sporting.

I don't think Ronaldo is ready to make a move to sporting well atleast not yet. A move to sporting will probably come before his retirement, probably the last year or last two years of his career. The main idea of a move now is to play in the Champions league and that should be the reason of Ronaldo wanting a move desperately, Sporting cannot bear Ronaldo's wae burden even if he decides to take a fifty percent of wage cut.

I'm not sure m about this rumours but I'm sure last month Borussia Dortmund released a statement saying Jude Bellingham was staying as they had no intention to sell him and he is part of the future and the plans for the present season but we all know how this works when the big money gets involved. A move to Atletico Madrid is good for Reguilon as he has falling out of favour with Antonio Conte as the manager. Nottingham Forest are still active in the market, they have signed more than twelve players this summer and still losing games, maybe the players need time to understand themselves to play better as a team.

Verbal agreement means nothing until the transfer fees are paid, the player undergoes a medical and signs the contract. Anything less than that does not guarantee a player going to the club. Just look at what happened during the Mbappé - PSG - Real Madrid saga, especially after Mbappé having a verbal agreement with Real Madrid.

I have said on several occasions that Ten Haga for me is a coach who has not done anything positive for Manchester United, the stars do not like his treatment, letting CR7 play only 6 minutes is a lack of respect for the career of he is underestimating it and I think it's not good to do that to anyone, what I see in Manchester United is a total hatred on the part of Ten towards the team, he doesn't want the best, and Ten can't play anymore, he can't either He leads the team to ruin, I don't really know what he is looking for? and it seems to me the height of all, that the Man United directors still believe in him, if they continue to do that mismanagement they will be very badly unemployed in the tournament.

Most likely he's just not part of the coach's plans, he wants to build another offensive line or something like that. So why, if the coach has other plans, is he obliged to put Ronaldo on the field? I would be really surprised if that transfer would still happen this summer. It is no secret that Konrad Laimer was a pretty big topic at Bayern Munich too this summer until a few days ago. Now both Bayern Munich and also RB Leipzig declared that Laimer will not go to Bayern this summer. Therefore i heavily doubt that Leipzig would allow Laimer to leave for Liverpool. I know that there is a difference between letting one of your strongest players join a direct opponent of the same League or a club from another country but i still don't think that Leizpig will let him go this summer.
I also think that Laimer would prefer to work together with his former coach Nagelsmann again.

19-year-old Jude Bellingham has indeed developed into a quality player since joining Dortmund. Not surprisingly, many big European clubs are

It is impossible for Dortmund to sell Jude Bellingham since they only have 2 central midfielders now (Bellingham & Dahoud). As far as I know, Bellingham-Dahoud is the main formation in Dortmund midfield, so losing Bellingham will ruin Dortmund midfield. Since Bellingham has a very crucial role in the lineup of Dortmund this season, we can conclude that Bellingham is not for sale now. So, considering the current transfer window to close very soon, it is stupid if Dortmund sells Bellingham.
