This is indeed very shocking news after the defeat in the Champions League and also not performing well in the EPL containing the Chelsea management's decision to sack Thomas Tuchel I think they want Chelsea to be better while this season Tuchel has not given what he is capable of for Chelsea at the moment.

After yesterday's match result, I thought that such a situation would happen, but I thought it was too early. I think Chelsea club acted too early. Also, why was the club in such a hurry to pay a compensation of 15 million euros to Thomas Tuchel and his teammates, how right it was to decide immediately. Because Manchester United and Chelsea are still said to be monitoring him to make a move in January. He started to play in the La Liga by the way even though he didn't play for so much time in four matches. But this can change depending on Xavi's plans. In my opinion, the decision was quite too rash and abrupt, Tuchel should have been given a little more time to get a grip of this new team. Not like he has not won the UCL with them or like he has played a couple of UCL games without victory, or that Chelsea is been threatened by relegation on the EPL table, but to end the contract on such short notice because of just one bad performance immediately after he just finished signing players is really not commendable to me. Some players may not feel happy about this new development, especially the likes of Aubumeyang who just joined them and we know his relationship with Tuchel had a big effect on his decision to join Chelsea, to reunite with his former coach who added a spark to his career. I wish Chelsea well however and that any replacement they decide be suitable for them.

The truth is that, it's not going to be down to the fact that Chelsea are playing not so good into the season, they are currently 6th in the PL table, a mere 5 points difference from 1st position and it's only the first game of UCL, It's likely down to a divided dressing room and staff members.

If Chelsea have invested well enough to begin the season, I see no reason why they'd go as far as sacking Tuchel just a few weeks into the season if there are no other underlying reasons like players protest and staffs lack of trust.

Tuchel's attitude on the pitch can really be studied over the beginning the season, with eyebrows being raised not only from certain team selection, but consistently only complaining to assistant coach after certain players performance, he doesn't seem to have to great relationship with his dressing room, imho, and that's the worse thing that can happen to any coach.

The decision was taken very fast but I think it was the best decision following the current situation of the club right now.
Looking at the amount of money that Chelsea spent in signing players in the transfer window I doubt if Tuchel can get better based on how the team has become very poor in their performance in all competitions.


The match yesterday showed that Thomas Tuchel's strategy is no longer working everyone expected him to make some good changes in the second half to at least get and equalizing goal but he couldn't do the magic and Chelsea ended up losing 1:0  in the game with a goal that was scored in the 13th minute of play. It's a clear picture that he's no longer capable of coaching the team despite the achievement he has so far with the club.

Worst decision made by Chelsea in my own opinion and I'm totally against this sack, Is high time that Chelsea FC learn to have patient with their Managers, and to know that a room was not actually built in day. What was actually funny is that Emerick Aubameyang just said that he was very happy to work under Thomas Tuchel again but meanwhile Thomas Tuchel got sacked three days later .

But it was true that Chelsea did not get the results that they should have achieved. I am not all for checking managers when they are still the fourth team in the English Premier League, which is also one of the most competitive leagues in the world by the way. Whilst you are correct, you have to take cognizance of the team Zidane coached, that Madrid squad was filled with born winners, players with big game mentality, and Zidane as their manager just complemented them, i am by no means taking anything away from Zidane and what he did as Real Madrid manager, but what i am saying is that you must take a good look at the teams in question and understand that it might be a different ball game if Zidane should come to Stamford Bridge and take charge of a team that is still trying so hard to find its feet.

They have reached an agreement with PSG on a loan deal and PSG are going to pay most of his salary. Galatasaray really needed to sign a striker as they have been struggling with scoring goals easily. However, if it is not Zidane who does the job, I believe Pochettino has the best chance of doing it after him.

Chelsea are preparing the long term project proposal with him , fabrizio romano confirmed it. What a crazy day at Galatasaray, they just announced 5 transfers tonight and have really built their squad extremely well. Today's transfers are: Icardi, Demir, Mathias Ross, Rashica and Juan Mata! Before that they had brought in Seferovic, Mertens, Torreira or Sergio Oliveira. Incredible transfers for actually a weak league and above all without participating in European competitions.
