Truthfully, I never anticipated for the sack of Thomas Tuchel real quick, like I have always said, according to history Chelsea tends to sack the Coach who wins them the Champions League, go back and take a look at Di Matteo ( don't think I got the spelling right ) he won Chelsea the Champions League and he was sacked, now here's Thomas Tuchel, History replaying once again.

Regardless of the manager decision to sack Tuchel, I think it becomes a priority as Chelsea targets are now higher and their growth expectations are falling even deeper. I think the reason Kane wanted to leave then was the lack of ambition show by the Tottenham Hotspur club and Daniel levy to improve the club the way pochetino left, he brought Jose mourinho and Nuno Espirito but there was no improvement and Kane was not enjoying his football during those periods, even me as a fan I was not enjoying being a Tottenham fan then also but you can see that those day are behind the team right now, Tottenham have improved, new good players have joined the team, we are now playing champions League football, besides where is Kane going to? The truth is that, it's not going to be down to the fact that Chelsea are playing not so good into the season, they are currently 6th in the PL table, a mere 5 points difference from 1st position and it's only the first game of UCL, It's likely down to a divided dressing room and staff members.

If Chelsea have invested well enough to begin the season, I see no reason why they'd go as far as sacking Tuchel just a few weeks into the season if there are no other underlying reasons like players protest and staffs lack of trust.

Tuchel's attitude on the pitch can really be studied over the beginning the season, with eyebrows being raised not only from certain team selection, but consistently only complaining to assistant coach after certain players performance, he doesn't seem to have to great relationship with his dressing room, imho, and that's the worse thing that can happen to any coach.

The decision was taken very fast but I think it was the best decision following the current situation of the club right now.
Looking at the amount of money that Chelsea spent in signing players in the transfer window I doubt if Tuchel can get better based on how the team has become very poor in their performance in all competitions.


The match yesterday showed that Thomas Tuchel's strategy is no longer working everyone expected him to make some good changes in the second half to at least get and equalizing goal but he couldn't do the magic and Chelsea ended up losing 1:0  in the game with a goal that was scored in the 13th minute of play. It's a clear picture that he's no longer capable of coaching the team despite the achievement he has so far with the club.

Worst decision made by Chelsea in my own opinion and I'm totally against this sack, Is high time that Chelsea FC learn to have patient with their Managers, and to know that a room was not actually built in day.
