I really don’t know if Barcelona does have the money needed to make some transfers in this transfer market. They might be able to make some trades with the players that they currently have, but they are not going to be able to bring in new players who will cost a lot of money. Barcelona already have quality players in their squad, I don't think they need to rush into signing new players. There is no other way that Barcelona can do other than sell several players who rarely get minutes to play.

In spite of the fact that Barcelona has the option of selling some of the players, I do not believe that they will be able to afford the cost of acquiring new players who are actually very good. In order to avoid spending too much money at this time, Barcelona will need to limit its spending. Ideally, they should sell the players that they aren't using right now if they want to balance the money and try to get back into shape. They need to remember that they still have a lot of debt to pay off at this point in time.

Goncalo Ramos is a young player who has great potential. It seems that he is putting on a decent performance at the moment.
The problem with him is that despite his talent, I doubt he will be able to match that performance with Manchester United since he will be facing much bigger and better opponents.

I feel like buying a player just after a world cup because of a few good games is not a good idea. Look at James Rodriguez, dude got to Real Madrid with just one superb world cup tournament but we have not seen him do well at all after that.

It could be said that Goncalo played a great world cup as well but we have seen him play in 5 games, and that is not enough to just buy a player. United needs someone who has been consistently great, plus if they are going to pay that much money then it would be smarter to get someone who has proven themselves in premier league before. I think it would be smart to look for someone who is 28 or older and just get a free agent instead.

Some players have proved unworthy in past years after been purchased on the basis of one season or one world cup outing wonder, they flop the next season. I won't blame any club that decides not to sign players because of their one off outstanding performance,it is not good for business. With the World Cup almost over, I think now is the time to think about bringing in players for all of them. They should not be late in this matter. Otherwise, they are most likely to miss the chance of getting the players that they actually want.

I see that the current Manchehster Cuty squad is quite good, where the substitutes can very well replace the role of the main players. Even Antonio Conte is doing good job at Tottenham but still there is nothing for winning trophies which is the biggest concern for them and their future they need to huge investments for quality players and winning trophies, but management can't do things like this just because of their future is not good with most chances Antonio Conte will be not going to renew his contract and most chances Harry Kane will be also left this club soon which is creating uncertainty in club but good thing happening they are bringing few players on free basis which will help them in future for staying at same level of performance.

With there are rumours that Son is also looking for new club which is making things more complicated for the club but if management able to have good developments than we can expect good results but still this needs good funds which are not available.
