PSG is a poisoned chalice, I would never take that job if I was in the industry. They are expected to win the league & anything less than winning the CL is seen as a failure or below par. Good luck to Luis Enrique, he’s going to need it there.

Luis Enrique was really successful with Barcelona. Of course, at that time Barcelona had a really good team. I don’t know if he will be able to repeat that success with PSG. You shall not worry about the chance for PSG to win league 1 title under him, but you can think differently when it came to the UCL. it's caused by PSG is not having a strong mentality like another club in UCL. Enrieque has a very big mission to bring back PSG to the strong position again in UCL.
It has been a few years since PSG was entering into the final of UCL. Enrique needs to think as soon as possible about which player to buy and fix the problems in PSG since last season..

Barcelona have been lucky with transfers, they have recorded many successful deals with free players. Last summer they signed players for free and it certainly helped them cope with the financial restrictions, they were able to improve their squad and team performance. This window they are repeating the same strategy with signing Ingo Martinez on a free transfer, he has a wide range of experience and will no doubt bring improvement to their defense.

Barcelona are not really doing good with the way they are running these transfers in my own perspective... Joining Inter Miami may be the last option for Hazard, he has not made any deal with any club so far. It is not a matter of having too many super stars in a team. Atleast PSG is a case study that names doesn't win champions league. They had Cavani who could not do it alone and they added Neymar and both could not bring the trophy for them.
They added the young talent, Mbappe and he could not do it together with the Brazilian samba boy.
Atleast the world best player was added to them and yet nothing happened.

What you need to win the Champions League is a very good defence and good forwarders and that's it.
