The latest bid by Arsenal of €105m for Declan Rice is very reasonable though one of the condition and term of payment made by Arsenal was that the sign-on term  of payment will span five years, while West Ham is demanding for payment in 2025 with this last offer I think Declan Rice should proceed to negotiate for personal terms and medicals else Man City might come with a better offer and instant payment because the race to sign him had become very competitive, personally I prefer Declan Rice to sign for Arsenal to enable the club to be formidable next season having narrowly lost the EPL title to Man City.

I do not expect that at the end of the agreement between Harry Kane and Bayern Munich it really happened, because from the beginning Harry Kane decided to remain in the Spurs row until retirement, but the decision could change so that this opened the way for Bayern Munich to seriously bring him to League, you can say the German League competition is quite difficult. There is a significant gap between two offers and it doesn't feel like this transfer can be completed easily.

Maddison still has one more year left to go on his current contract. I don't know how eager he is to continue to play in the English Premier League now. But I believe he absolutely belongs with the league. The Championship is quite below his level and it wouldn't affect his career positively either.

If he insists on leaving then maybe Leicester can be okay to drop down by a little more in the asking price.

For Tottenham it must be really nice to have an attacking midfielder. I mean he is going to be the only player whose main position is attacking midfield. Thomas Partey isn't really a good player, if he's good, Arteta wouldn't sign Jorginho from Chelsea, after Jorginho joined Arsenal, Arteta is prefer to let Jorginho play than Partey. Jorginho was brought in as a result of injury and the squad depth was poor, no replacement so he had to come in not because Partey is not good, if you check properly Arteta is building a team that would be like or even better than CITY and that's why he went for the Chelsea man Jorginho at that time. Sometimes Jorginho start ahead of Partey because he wasn't fit and to top it all Thomas is more physical than Jorginho and Rice.

West Ham is looking to earn more money, that's why they need to wait the next bid from Manchester City. I just feel Rice might want to join Manchester City over Arsenal, so it's win-win situation for both of Rice and West Ham.

Yes Rabiot will becoming down to Manchester united and I believe that the signing of new players and offloading the old ones will bring great impact to Manchester united football quality. Eric Hag is a great coach and knows exactly what to do in order to improve the quality of the club. Next season Manchester united will have set of different players and they will make the game more interesting to watch and to win. In Kane's case I don't think he will love to play in England anymore.

But I know for sure that Harry Maguire is not part of ETH's plans because the club is even ready to offer him £10M if he could find himself another club this summer. Onana is an excellent goalkeeper. He also proved himself in the final match. One of Inter's biggest advantages was having him. He was one of the goalkeepers with the most saves at UCL last year. Still, I think it would be better to keep De Gea at Manchester United. De Gea is a quality goalkeeper in general and I don't know if it's right to give Onana such big bucks. If you have a quality player like De Gea, you can use the money to be spent there for other regions deficiencies.

The latest news that i have read said that Harry Kane is still not sure yet if he wants to stay in the Premier League or not. It is said that he would really like to beat the record of Alan shearer for the most goals in the premier League ever. The reports also said though that if he will leave England then he would only go to Bayern. So it all depends on what Harry Kane decides to do. I think the clubs will not have that big of a problem to find an agreement if he really wants to leave.
