I really didn't think that Arsenal signing of Rice was in doubt. They process completed last week and when they didn't make it official people started panicking as if the deal didn't happen but I was sure it did happen.

Manchester City might be on the verge of losing Riyad Mahrez as well. He is 32 years old maybe but he is still a really beneficial player for the team now. Fenerbahçe are very close to signing the Croatian goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic now. It should be announced soon. Now Westham United has already officially confirmed, that Declan Rice will leave the club. It is said that the transfer fee for Rice is 122 M€ PLUS possible bonus payments, so this is a really really high transfer fee on my opinion. It is not officially confirmed though where Rice is going to, but as you already said, it is only a formality to present him as a new player of Arsenal and i also agree that this is a really big transfer for Arsenal. In my personal opinion 122 M€ for Rice is to much though.
