for me there is a bit of a misunderstanding here because what I actually know is that Osimhen doesn't want to stay too long at Napoli and this is all caused by problems that previously occurred between Napoli and Osimhen.

Arsenal could look for another player if they fail to persuade Osimhen to accept their offer.

So far Arsenal have been linked with several good strikers who they will focus on in the January transfer window. I think Arteta will not be too reckless in buying players, of course he will see the character of players who can really contribute greatly to the team progress this season. I think that so far Arsenal doesn't have a striker who is truly hungry for goals.

We must be able to respect Victor Oshimen's decision who still wants to continue at Napoli, after all Victor Oshimen has definitely thought carefully about this even though there are many rumors such as English league clubs intending to recruit him even at a high price, Victor Oshimen extended his contract with Napoli until 2026 season, but I am sure that before his contract expires, Victor Oshimen will have left Napoli because it is a shame that he is still 24 years old and has to stay at the Napoli club for so long while the big Premier League clubs are waiting for Oshimen's presence.

Mikel Arteta must have thought about other options by bringing in new players to strengthen his front line, and indeed so far Arsenal does not have a goal-hungry striker. If Mikel Arteta is able to bring in a goal-hungry striker, I believe Arsenal can win the Premier League title this season.

This is the unit where Arsenal are lagging behind.i think their two wings are not doing bad,but the center nine position is where they need to fill.They should sell Nketiah and bring  somebody who can give them as many goals as possible, because Gabriel Jesus' is not the man that can deliver them when they seriously need a goal.If he is the top nine,and he plays 20 matches in a season,and he isn't able to get atleast 13-15 goals in that 20 appearances,then he isn't good enough for Arsenal.
Arsenal players have not been able to reach the level they reached last season,and their left back Zinchenko has been the reason they lost some of their games.He is very good in midfield,but a better left back would really be needed to fill in that position,and then he should be shifted to play in the midfield.
