When Míchel Sánchez is on the rise with Girona now there are rumors from MARCA said Newcastle are considering recruiting the Girona coach to replace Eddie Howe who is currently starting to slump, I say this is a bold move for Newcastle but my question is: Is it possible Girona will let him go in the winter? I don't think that's likely to happen especially now Girona are on fire hard to beat if their coach leaves then it will be chaotic. This is just a rumor, it is not clear what will happen later whether Eddie Howe will be replaced in the near future or kept by Newcastle. [1] https://twitter.com/DeadlineDayLive/status/1742807214862020760Current stable condition and Girona keep pressure Real Madrid on the top standings position I doubt with Girona's management won't let his manager go to Newcastle United. Currently until the end of this season and looking for possibility with Girona will finish on top fourth standings or get miracle by winning La Liga tittle for this season. Newcastle United on drop performance and they want sign the best head coach, looking for Míchel Sánchez have good capacity success make Girona have solid performance in La Liga make him has more valuable and many teams want to sign him as manager. Actually Girona management never have ideas for selling their manager, they won't losses the winning touch and Míchel Sánchez make Girona success lead top position awhile.

English Premier League clubs are making plans to recruit Xabi Alonso from Bundesliga but it's almost a mission impossible because on the other side, Bayer Leverkusen won't be allowing him leave the club so soon because he still have unfinish business with the club. Alonso is in Germany to ensure Will Manchester United hire every player they think is promising? I don't think they have any chance of landing Xabi Alonso in Old Trafford this summer. Alonso doesn't pick any interest in any club at the moment, he's just focused on building Bayer Leverkusen to good shape.
I quite agree too and I don't see Xavi coming to Man UTD especially now that there's so much pressure to climb up the ladder in the Premier league since Erik is not doing a fine job. I remember when he was at Real sociedad b team, he elevated the club to a prominent status and with his Midas touch, he has managed to do same with Bayer Leverkusen. Before his move to the German outfit, big clubs like Bayern Munich sought his services but he chose to make his home in Bayer Leverkusen and from what we are seeing, they may be serious contenders for the title this season. Having learned from the best in the likes of Rafa Benitez, Carlo Ancelloti and Jose Mourinho, it's safe to say he's good but I don't see him excelling much if he migrates to Man UTD. Their problem is from the management, so what happens if he can't deliver after much expectations have been piled on him? He had better remain at Bayer Leverkusen.

Wayne Rooney without doubt had a very career as a player, but that's absolutely been the opposite with his managerial career and I think it's be better for him not to continue with the profession as he's failed in almost all the previous attempts.
Failing is more like a lesson learnt and when you're bouncing back, you're becoming more open and graded in good position of succeeding. Making attempts and failing would discouraged one from taking more steps, instead he settle for lesser results. Wayne Rooney have been pursuing the race to be a competent manager for years since retiring as a player but he's not lucky enough to hold on any solid ground. Wayne Rooney have enjoyed his moment as a player but he can't suit into the race of managerial role because he doesn't have what it takes to become like other competent manager.

That proves that it doesn't even matter how good history in your career as a footballer and there is no guarantee if you will be a good coach. In fact, so numerous players that shifted to be a new coach were only a few that was successfully become good coach. Those english coaches were not having good passion to become good coach. Xabi alonso has been successfully bringing leverkusen to increase from the relegation zone while english coaches were sending the team to the relegation zone.
Players and coaches are two areas that I consider distinct. While there are some common points, such as understanding all the playing strategies. But I think that wanting to transition from being a player to a successful coach requires many additional skills related to human management, unlocking players' potentials, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the team to develop improvement plans, like adjusting tactical formations or buying or selling players suitable for the team's style of play. Moreover, coaches must be a psychological master and, importantly, capable of pulling the strings for the entire team and resolving everything in the locker room. As for Rooney, I don't rate him highly in terms of coaching because his personality is not suitable to become a good coach. Example, Ronaldinho or Neymar might be extremely talented players, but become a coach is a different story. I don't know if this is related or not. But what I see from most players who end up being successful coaches are those who weren't forwards to begin with. Most successful coaches come from players who were originally in the back line or midfield. One example of a former defender who succeeded in becoming a coach is Jurgen Klopp and Arteta, who was originally a midfielder. Maybe this is related to the position of the defender who has experience monitoring the movements of the middle and front players from behind, and they also have experience in how to stop the opponent's attacks. Meanwhile, their forward players are more focused on attacks and may not have enough insight into stopping the opponent's attacks. But this is just my opinion based on some trainer data whose background I know. It is possible that many forward players will become great coaches. But so far I know that most former defenders and midfielders have become great coaches. Other examples include Ancelotti and Spalletti.

This shows that the fact that a person is good at something doesn't mean it would be easy for them to teach others. But if we look at the case of Rooney, we'll see that all his colleagues who have tried managerial careers didn't excel at it. From Phil Neville to Ole, Rooney, Carrick, and so on. I think the issue comes from the top, Sir Alex Ferguson. He was a good coach no doubt, but most of his students have not had any decent season where they won a silverware convincingly. They still want to play the traditional pattern of football which was played in the 90s but they forgot that football has evolved passed that. That is a reason Mourinho is struggling today. If you can't press in today's football your team would suffer, especially against teams that can press.

In my opinion he just doesn't have enough knowledge as a coach because even though he has good statistics as a player it is different when he has to handle all the players with a mature strategy whereas Wayne Rooney only has a mediocre strategy which even seem bad, a professional coach must be equipped with sufficient knowledge and experience in order to be a successful coach, there are also players who are statistically not good but when they serve as coaches they can achieve good results like Mourinho and Jurgen Kloop, both coaches have many titles as coaches but when previously as a player his career was not that good.

Fikayo Tomori was recently linked to Bayern Munich and this player was very close to joining the team and playing for Tuchel, especially after the new year. But the contract between Fikayo Tomori and AC Milan has not expired yet and he can only leave this team after 2027 unless AC Milan lets him leave. But Ac Milan rejected the offer they got from Bayern Munich and they said they are not going to sell this payer because they don't have enough defenders already.

Howe must be fucking out from the club and he was a disaster for newcastle. Girona's coach may have to make some choices, as he might not be willing to go to the EPL until he has successfully completed his mission of helping Girona secure a title from La Liga. I have zero respect toward eddie how. What he can do is always blame his team once newcatle performed so poorly. Newcastle has gotten several bad results and my prediction to see howe to be sacked and it will happen soon. Thanks god i will not see howe to coaching newcastle again. HOWE OUTTTT!

Rooney still has a long way to go to become a professional coach, so keep trying because becoming a coach is not easy. Rooney may have been a shining star as a player in the past but that doesn't mean he can hold the same position as a coach. There have been many star players in the past and trying to make a career as a coach ended up not being a good fit. I don't know why but I think being a coach requires having the ability not only to practice but to be supported by the theory learned. Compared to most theories, the practice is lacking sometimes making the coach quite recognized on the field. Everyone has their own portion of their career and those who are great coaches today, even when they were still playing on the field, did not stand out.

Fikayo Tomori is a tough defender and with Milan he has appeared 23 times in all competitions and that is why his role is so important for Milan's defense. It is certain that Milan will not let him go because he is also a regular player who can always be trusted. His contract is still long and that could be a reference if he still feels very comfortable in Italy. Bayern Munich is a big Bundesliga team and every year they are always hungry for the title and because of that, while the January window is still open they still want to strengthen their squad by bringing in Fikayo Tomori. But indeed, Milan will not let go of their players easily and in fact they can convince them more to stay. I think Bayern Munich will have to look for other defender options if they can't recruit Fikayo Tomori.

Not so fast cowboy, I don't think Girona would allow their head coach to leave in the middle of a potentially title-winning season. It would be like trying to poach Claudio Raieneri (not sure if I butchered his name LOL) in the middle of that title-winning season with Leicester many years ago, and I can see them deferring the poaching until the season is over. I'm not sure who else would be linked in the event of a managerial sack (Ten Hag, if he himself gets sacked at the end of the season? )

Furthermore if Tuchel has already made his mind then it’s only a matter of time before he comes for Tomori and right now AC Milan is taking a tough stand to get the maximum for their player and that’s not a bad strategy.

Rooney, gerrard and more english coaches were overrated coach. They were always failed to deliver good results for the teams that they have coached it.
Actually Steven Gerrard was quite good when he was Rangers coach even though he won the title in his third season at the club but unfortunately, he chose to accept Aston Villa's offer which was the beginning of his coaching career being tarnished because in the end he was fired, many advised him to stay in the league Scotland to gain experience before accepting offers from other clubs in leagues such as the English Premier League, where the competition is tighter compared to other leagues, but for Wayne Rooney or Frank Lampard and also Graham Potter, it cannot be denied that they are quite bad coaches even though Potter is still better when he was at Brighton. Maybe clubs want to make Steven Gerrard, Wayne Rooney, and Frank Lampard become coaches, seeing that their success as players can also be demonstrated when they become coaches, unfortunately, that hasn't happened at least for now.

Before he left Chelsea to join AC Milan, Fikayo Tomori wasn't considered a world class defender but since he moved to AC Milan, the England international has significantly improved in his performance and is now regarded as the best defenders in Italy. Wew, i can't even relate it. Is there a point that making him considered as a world class defender? He left from chelsea as a flop and this is the main reason chelsea was kicking him out. He never won UCL or even europa league as a lower competition compared to the UCL. He is also only winning italian champion once with acmilan. What's point to call him as a world class defender? If he was truly world class defender and world class team or even best team in the world like madrid would be recruiting him. Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel is one manager that has his own preferences when it comes to players' style of football and that's why he's not too interested in regularly playing Dutch defender Matthijs de Ligt despite the player's reputation as one of the best defenders in Europe. It's been reported in the media that the Dutch international is likely to leave the club this year and I think Tomori is the manager's preference for his replacement should he leave the Allianz Arena
There were better defenders than him. I strongly disagree with tuchel to get him rather than other defender. We have a bunch of good defenders listed on the market but why tomori? Milan's defensive line is so weak right now. Tuchel was taking the worst decision if bayern will be forcing to sign him.

[1] https://twitter.com/DeadlineDayLive/status/1742807214862020760Fail to pay attention to news like this, they're complete speculations and even if they want him amd he wants to leave, that should be exactly at the end of the season. He's currently under contract with a club and they want him to terminate him contract for them? At this crucial periods of the season? This musy be a joke. Girona are currently buzzing, this is only but a distraction. If it's not then,. Why make such moves at this time of the season. The coach had been a massive development of their growth and increase. He'll go nowhere.

Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel is one manager that has his own preferences when it comes to players' style of football and that's why he's not too interested in regularly playing Dutch defender Matthijs de Ligt despite the player's reputation as one of the best defenders in Europe. It's been reported in the media that the Dutch international is likely to leave the club this year and I think Tomori is the manager's preference for his replacement should he leave the Allianz Arena He didn't play well when he was at Chelsea and even Fikayo Tomori didn't get a place at that time in Cheslea's main squad. Since his move to AC Milan his performance has continued to improve and he has become a mainstay for Stefano Pioli and I am sure AC Milan will not let him go to another club this season because if you look at his performance he is quite good. Fikayo Tomori's typical style of play also has advantages in defense because he can play the ball in the air. So it is quite natural that Tomas Tuchel really intends to bring him to the Allianz Arena. However no one can be sure about his future because an agreement could be reached between the two clubs and it could be an alternative for AC Milan to use the money from the sale of Fikayo Tomori to buy several other players they need.

Bayern Munich has shown interest in AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori. The move is currently unlikely because AC Milan does not want to sell him. However, it's not ruled out that Bayern could not make another attempt. There's a chance that Tomori's time at AC Milan could come to an end. However, If the Italian club wants to be competitive and improve their defense, the best option is to bring in a center-back to strengthen their defense rather than sell him.

Much more successful are former players who have played in the first or second division of their country, but have never really been among the greatest. The best examples of those are Carlo Angelotti and Jurgen Klopp. His status as a great player never guarantees that he will become a great coach. Rooney, Lampard, Paul Scholes and Maradona are a number of great players who failed to become successful coaches. Several well-known managers experienced different fates who did not gain much fame as players. Apart from the two names you mentioned above, there are several more names such as Julian Nagelsmann, Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger who succeeded in becoming great coaches even though they were not very well known when they were still players. It must be admitted, it is not easy to become a great coach if you do not have a natural talent for developing team strategies.
