Rafael Leao is young player who has quite potential even though he is not great player in Portugal but with AC Milan for several seasons it shows that his performance as striker is quite satisfactory, especially for the previous two seasons he really played very well in the Serie A.

Everything is not all about the money for some players, Osimhen for a truth will be a benefiting option for PSG seeing that he's a smart and  sufficient as an attacker he will certainly create an improvement in the PSG team and also make money for himself, but am skeptical if he will make a happy career in PSG not minding if Mbappe will be departing or not. My take as an opinion is he should move to Arsenal and don't be distracted by the flamboyant offers these bigger clubs like PSG and Real Madrid are offering.
