To be fair I have seen Nacho play all season long and I am not really shocked to learn that he will be leaving. Real Madrid has a great team already and they do not need him, he doesn't really bring in anything that others can't bring in or what Real Madrid can't get during the summer transfer window.

I think he is to blame himself for the most part as I think he should have tried to settle somewhere and give his career a chance to develop over a longer period of time at the same club. He was jumping around all the time and always went after the money. He couldn't gain the appreciation and loyalty of fans because he said he loves the club one day while announcing that he signed a contract with another club the next day. I think this is never good for a player and no doubt he is a talented striker, but as I said, he never gave himself a chance to find a good way at one ore two clubs.

The first time I saw a report that suggests that Bayern Munich are trying to secure the services of Germany national team coach, I couldn't believe it because to me, I felt it wasn't possible for Bayern Munich to try sign Julian Nagelsmann after sacking him last season without a strong reason. Julian Nagelsmann is currently contacted with his job as German national team manager but I strongly believe that he'll still not accept to manage the Bayern Munich team anytime soon if he was not free.
Bayern Munich played a fast one on him last season by sacking the German and replacing him by another German who wasn't able to give them what they wanted. There's still every possiblity of Thomas Tuchel leaving Bayern Munich at the end of the season with the UEFA Champions League trophy but that's very unlikely to happen if you ask me.

Taking into account the fact that Nagelsmann’s offenders, Kahn and Salihamidzic, were fired in disgrace (I think one could say so) that Nagelsmann’s return will not be something surprising. The question is whether Bayern is now an attractive project for him, given that he has options.
As for Tuchel, winning the Champions League will not change anything - he failed not only his tournament performance but also his relationship with the team, he will 100% be fired.

It would be a good career for him but it seems unlikely he will join Inter. The reason is quite simple, Nacho doesn't want to face Real Madrid at any level of European competition. His strong feelings and love made him not want to meet Real Madrid, especially as an opponent that was very difficult. Therefore, he will not stay in Europe and will leave Europe if he still wants to continue his career.

Does Nacho state that reason?  
As long as Nacho never stated a reason of not joining a certain team, it is possible to move the team. So far, I don't get any information about the next plan of Nacho. He may stay in La Liga or move to another league. If he doesn't want to face Real Madrid, he must prioritize to move to another league. He probably join Italian teams, EPL teams, German teams, or France teams. He may surprise us if he moves to SPL or MLS.

At his current age he is certainly still good enough to play football for the next 3 years and maybe as I said before -snip-

Nacho Fernández is 34 years old. Sure, he is still possible to continue his professional career as a footballer in the next few years. However, I am also not sure that he will play until 38 years old. Most players have considered to retire when he is already 35 years old. However, it depends on the condition of the fitness ang physical of the player. If he has no bad issue with his physical, he may play until 38 years old or more.

Now after De Rossi started working in Rona he didn't use Lukaku and instead, he used other players. The thing about Roma and Lukaku is they are playing well without Lukaku and this means it's time for him to leave.
I think he made a mistake when he left Inter Milan like that because Lukaku was famous there and he had a good performance even the fans of Inter Milan wanted to see him play for their team, but now everything is changed.

Lukaku good relationship with Jose Mourinho saved him from future uncertainty at the start of last season, Roma benefited greatly from Lukaku presence on the front lines. Statistically, Lukaku has played in 41 matches for Roma this season, and the Belgian striker has scored 18 goals and recorded 4 assists in all competitions he has participated in, and Lukaku has missed several matches due to injury. Apart from that, Roma management should deserve to make Lukaku permanent, even though they will most likely have difficulty buying him permanently from Chelsea.

Inter Milan cannot afford to make Lukaku status permanent, they do not have an adequate budget to cover the asking price set by Chelsea management. Apart from all that, we certainly realize that there is no guarantee that a player will continue to be consistent in his best performance, and the club situation and needs will always be different every season, Lukaku is at the right club at the moment.
