Secondly Conte doesn’t know how to manage young players which are definitely what are packed in Chelsea squad at the moment.

For Chelsea their choices of both Mourinho and Conte is not that good to me, they need a long term coach that can build a team around young players. Has interest from the Saudi League gone away? I remember rumors that Salah would go to Saudi for a $150M transfer fee. I understand the Man United coaching saga. No doubt, Ferguson's departure has been difficult. Ten Hag is a good manager who hustles, but they just don't click. I think the scouts and dealmakers upstairs need to level up. United needs someone who understands that shirt's history and potential. I don't see any possibility of Mourinho returning to Manchester United, because after all this time Mourinho has not performed well at Manchester United, indeed currently Manchester United is in the search for a new manager but I think Manchester will not make Mourinho as an option to replace Ten Hag, Morineho's coaching is very short and only ended in disappointment for both parties at that time,  I think at the moment Manchester United's owners will be inclined to find another coach and maybe Zidane could be the right solution to replace Ten Hag at Manchester United next season.

I think ten Hag has a lot of mistakes that he should be able to correct during his time at Manchester United, Manchester United's performance is getting worse every day even though their squad is filled with good players, but unfortunately many of ten Hag's decisions in optimizing Manchester United players have actually become boomerangs that make them often lose so far,  For now I think Ten Hag no longer has the full support of the fans and also the Manchester United management to keep coaching.

For United, they've had good records from the beginning of their existence till 2seasons ago when they started experiencing gradual decline. Their coach switches has an effect on the team, they found it hard to secure a good coach that complements and will impact the team positively. And this has been on and on till this season when the situation got critical and United is literally nowhere to be found in the top 4 spot and they keep going behind in their struggle each passing week.
 
 Ten Hag is obviously not good for them currently as the team keeps slacking back and they do not stop looking confused on the pitch. All his implemented tactics and strategies aren't okay off well for him and it's safe to say that as the head of the team, he's got the greater part of the blame to bear. United needs a switch and not just any switch but a more reasonable switch that'll understand their condition and think innovatively without sentiments with the goal of team building and growth and implement new methods to combat their opponents. I don't know what the board is waiting for to realize the big error Ten Hag is to the team.

 The entire team has been infected with his virus and they need to be quarantined and looked after to return back to their usual self again. Sadly it may take a while but we hope it's soon. So far, United haven't proven to be relevant this season. There's been important games that they themselves have thrown away because of how incompetent they're turned out to be at playing at the peak of their performances. Well, it's only sad that they experience this height of team leakage and breakage too. They just have to find a permanent solution to their issue.

 I must say that the issue is a general team predicament and they need to be set back to default mode. They currently are a very much predictable team though in terms of poor performance which is wrong and should be corrected and worked on. They've lost as much authority that they once possessed and gradually it's eating deep into the general area of the club which ought not to be so.
