United needs a switch and not just any switch but a more reasonable switch that'll understand their condition and think innovatively without sentiments with the goal of team building and growth and implement new methods to combat their opponents. I don't know what the board is waiting for to realize the big error Ten Hag is to the team.

 The entire team has been infected with his virus and they need to be quarantined and looked after to return back to their usual self again. Sadly it may take a while but we hope it's soon. So far, United haven't proven to be relevant this season. There's been important games that they themselves have thrown away because of how incompetent they're turned out to be at playing at the peak of their performances. Well, it's only sad that they experience this height of team leakage and breakage too. They just have to find a permanent solution to their issue.

 I must say that the issue is a general team predicament and they need to be set back to default mode. They currently are a very much predictable team though in terms of poor performance which is wrong and should be corrected and worked on. They've lost as much authority that they once possessed and gradually it's eating deep into the general area of the club which ought not to be so.

I understand the pain that's being currently suffered by Chelsea fans across the globe but the truth is that I don't think the club manager Mauricio Pochentino contributed hugely the club's current poor condition. The Argentine have been a very good manager before he joined Chelsea and I'm sure he'll also make a good manager at Chelsea if he gets more time. Though I expected him to be more productive than he is at the moment but I also think he should be given more chance to improve the club's performance.
Chelsea's result against Aston Villa tonight isn't a bad one considering that they went two goals down in the game but were able to come back into the game to claim a point. For Chelsea players, I think they have the potentials to do better just that they really need to stay motivated and determined to achieve greater result than what we've been seeing this season. The season is almost over and Chelsea have to start planning for next season from now

For now with his style of play and the way he determines the actual attack scheme Poche is still quite reliable even if Chelsea want to keep him for next season it is still very doable because Chelsea's current problem is only for the finishing part and goal scoring instinct which is still very lacking, the rest in terms of opportunities and possession of the ball they are very good.

What can be expected for Chelsea this season is only Palmer because some of their attacking players like Mudryk or even Jackson are really not too worthy to be at Chelsea should be so for next season they might have to try to overhaul in the position of stirker and defense alone but for their midfield is very good for now and at least Poche is still a little better than the previous era.

The level of competition between Eredivisie and EPL is too different. Although he can succeed in Ajax, it is totally no guarantee in Man United. Therefore, Xavi was doing ok, but I don't consider him one of the best coaches despite winning La Liga.

If Barcelona appoints a new manager to their club and if they can give the new manager financial freedom then maybe the manager can do well in the transfer market by signing several players with Barcelona but it is very difficult for a new manager to do well with the current team. Xabi is a Spanish footballer and he is a former Barcelona player and he has been able to perform quite well with this team. If this is actually true, then Napoli have done a very good deal no doubt, because Antonio conte will be a major upgrade to this current Napoli manager managing the team right now, and am very sure that their will be a major step up from this Napoli team under his leadership as the manager, but I didn't think initially that Napoli can afford his services, so if they actually did that,  by paying him what ever he wanted, then I am confident that they are actually going to benefit a lot from him, because Antonio conte has all the charisma needed to succeed there, because his record at Juventus is still speaking for him, even till today.

Their was a time it was being speculated that he was going back to Juventus, if alegri is shown the exit door, so I even thought that at least the hierarchy of Juventus are actually going for the right manager that can return Juventus to it glory days, but it was just a speculation, their was nothing concrete, so if truly this Napoli deal is legit, then to me it's going to be the signing of the season for them, no doubt.

I'm a Blues fan and I'm upset regarding the performance of my team. Mauricio Pochettino have been trying but it seems he's incompetent for the team's current form. Chelsea will continue to strive for incredible results but it has to do with stupendous results and having presentable form this season. Chelsea is an elite team but when it comes to performance, they're out of the line and risking everything that ought to be winning points for them. More like jeopardizing their chances of winning and pulling zero confidence in the minds of the fans.

Pochettino is actually quite an experienced coach and he has had quite promising career with several achievements before being with Chelsea, but his performance is now experiencing problems related to player composition.
He seemed to have to repeat everything from the beginning, various players were thrown away and loaned out until in the end Chelsea were unable to have the quality of performance they had hoped for.
This season, Chelsea performed quite badly, even though they had several surprise wins against teams whose performance level was above theirs, it just that they couldn't maintain it.
In the past, Chelsea was great big team and they had lots of great players to be successful in reaching high level as an English team, but as time went by they set back significantly.

A similar thing not only happened with Chelsea but also with Manchester United, these two team were once giants who were able to dominate the League but now they have lost their way.

It really surprises me if this news will be real. We must also wait for the further development regarding the rumor about conte accepts napoli's offer after he has rejected it a few times. It seems like that the salary has become the main problem why conte was rejecting it. he is now agree with the new offer coming from napoli.
I never expect that if conte is doing U turn after he was rejecting it last weeks. Im sure that if this is also surprising a lot of people.

Reportedly at this time Napoli has reached an agreement with Conte to coach Napoli for the next 3 seasons, if the news is true of course next season Napoli will be in the right hands to be able to compete in the Scudetto race, currently Napoli's performance is very bad and even they have no chance at all to be able to end the season in the Champions League zone next season,  After winning the Scudetto last season Napoli's form has slowly continued to decline and even after Spalletti stepped down as Napoli coach after get the Scudetto, Napoli have continued to change coaches this season but none of these coaches have been able to lift Napoli's performance to be better.
