According to DiarioAs, a Spanish newspaper.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is pratically a deal done.

According to them everything is now agreed and only the official signature on the contract is missing.

Free agent will go in Spain at the end of this season
Trent Alexander-Arnold is one of the Liverpool players that'll be out of contract at the end of the current season and considering the reports we've been reading about his future, I'm not surprised to see that he'll be leaving Liverpool for Real Madrid next summer.
For a player of his age, renewing his contract by the management of Liverpool should've happened before now so I think their failure to renew his contract simply means he'll be leaving next summer.
Real Madrid I think will be a good destination for Trent and as a Real Madrid fan, I'll be extremely happy to see him at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Same strategy with how they got Kylian Mbappe. Since this has been wrapped up,  can they make moves to wrap that for Alphonso Davies? I see he has no such plans to extend his contract with them. Theo Hernandez has also been rumoured to be linked to Real Madrid. But back to the main story, it's good to see this is getting finalised at the end of the season. Woe to any player who Real Madrid makes a move for and he rebuffs the idea. Arnold is a good ball passer but I'm not just certain if his defending capabilities.

https://www.footballtransfers.com/en/transfer-news/uk-premier-league/2024/12/victor-osimhen-transfer-news-man-utd-galatasaray-crazy-plan

At this stage, it will not be great for him to join Saudi League. it will be better for him to not chase money right now. We have seen what happened to Mbappe after he was chasing money for a long time. He was unable to perform as well as he should have once he went to a harder league with harder competition.

I think something similar will happen if Osimhen goes to the Saudi League. But at the same time, if he has to go to Manchester United, I don't think it is going to be great as well. You know the performance of Manchester United is not good right now. We all know the kind of problems that Manchester United is facing. Really good players with great potential have gone to Manchester United and we have seen them turn out to be an absolute meme. Honestly, if the choice is between staying where he is or going to Manchester United, I will say that it is better for him to stay in Turkey which is where he is right now I believe.

Osimhen will certainly not move to Saudi Arabia, otherwise he would not have chosen Galatasaray this year and would have been in the Saudi League long ago. But before he moves to Manchester United, he might as well stay at Galatasaray, where he will probably be even more successful.

There are already rumors that he is happy in Turkey and that the club wants to buy him, although I wonder how they should afford 75 million.

Real Madrid's approach to repeating player transfer schemes such as getting Kylian Mbappe may not be easily repeated, unless the player really wants to play for Real Madrid. But I also heard that Real Madrid didn't get Mbappe for free, that's because they paid some money behind the scenes to carry out their plans.

I think nothing is free in this world, especially since football has turned into a conglomerate business field. Real Madrid may need to spend some money to get their target players, so nothing is free. Trent Alexander-Arnold, yes he is good and he is also often a stunning goalscorer.

Of course, Osimhen is happy in Turkey with Galatasaray, because what Osimhen basically wanted was to leave Napoli. Galatasaray offered a middle ground and they were lucky to get him when clubs like PSG and Chelsea were also interested in recruiting him before the transfer window closed. Besides that, I think financially, even though Galatasaray could afford to pay Osimhen release clause of 75 million, they certainly wouldn't do it for just one player. Osimhen is still 26 years old, without having to move to Saudi he can get a luxury contract if he plays for one of Europe top clubs. Manchester United are rumored to be interested in recruiting Osimhen in January, if they release Rashford, it is likely that Osimhen can be landed at Old Trafford.

Are you suggesting that Guardiola called Messi's emergency number after waking up during the night full of nightmares and sweating like hell because in those dreams he found himself coaching Manchester City in League One? Cheesy Jokes aside I am sure that Pep Guardiola would love to have a 25 years old Messi on his team now. As thrilling this rumor is, there is no serious source talking about it except for some outlets from India and discussions on Reddit going on, but this would be bombshell news!

But no, I don't think Messi himself would feel right about that move. Unless he is really in it to win it and risk quite a bit of his reputation because if he were to go and then sink along with the Manchester City ship this season, the malice would be colossal I suppose. As much fun as it would be for the football world, he would put a lot on the line. Now he has a relaxed life in the US and he probably doesn't care too much about losing and winning anymore. But that would change if he moved to Manchester City trying to bring them back up. But well, it would be an impressive challenge and I'd give him credit if he decided to go for it.
Even we have nothing officially from anyone but all social media is full of this as Lionel Messi is coming on loan for helping Pepe Guardiola which is possible but as things are going it's surely interested because can he bring things back under control of Citizens which are suffering badly for last few months and things are now going way out from their approach with now we have only few days left in January transfer window we are going to witness many things like this which surely trigger media, and we will watch many jokes and rumours as well.

No doubt he is doing good job in MLS and having good life in US as well so doing anything like this is surely going to have serious disruption within his family which are surely not good deal for them hopefully we will have some changes in Manchester City, but they will be not going with this move as they will go ahead with better moves which will increase their depth and players confidence as well.

I read everywhere that Manchester United want to bring Osimhen to their club in January, but I have already written that this is unlikely, because Osimhen could only play in the PL and not in the EL, because he has already played for Galatasaray this year. You can't play for two different clubs in the same European competition in the same season so it wouldn't make much sense to bring him in before the summer. I also doubt he'll want it because he currently has the chance to win a league title and possibly a European title. Osimhen won't want to miss out on that.

It's looks like a difficult situation, but I think he has made his decision a long time ago. The rumor is becoming more clearer, but my question now is, can he fill in the slot of Carvajal?, Because I don't think Carvajal will still continue with the club for the next 5 years considering his age. And my reason for saying this is, we all that Trent isn't good defensively, but Real Madrid has always been known for their good defense, so how he will fit in will now become another debate, because Spanish laliga wingers are quite dangerous. He can contribute greatly to their swift attack and corners, but not sure of the defensive line. I will love to see him in the Madrid shirt. Maybe this coming transfer window will even be more interesting than the previous.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez who recently won the best club president award at the Global Soccer Awards few days ago is close to sealing another mouthwatering deal less than a year after signing a high profile player like Kylian Mbappe for absolutely free. Real Madrid used to be known to be a club who spends so much to sign players but recently, they've been spending little or nothing to sign world class players. Trent Alexander-Arnold will surely be a good permanent replacement for veteran right back Dani Carvajal so it'll be a great signing for the Spanish and European champions of they succeed to bring the England international to Santiago Bernabeu next summer.

Even now the dude is chasing money, that was why he never joined Manchester in the first place because the weekly payment was lower than what he was earning in Napoli. Manchester United wanted to play a quick one on him, buy him cheap with less weekly pay and he comes there, use him to achieve great things and then sell him for more money, he was smart to go to Galatasaray where he is enjoying his best season again, even Manchester United had wish they signed him.

The guy is not going to Manchester United nor Saudi Arabia, he will be staying in Galatasaray pending when a new offer will come that can buy him out of that loan and if Galatasaray is so interested in him to clear of the loan to a permanent player, they will seal the deal. Galatasaray might used to be one of the best in the Turkish league but Osimhen presence has spice up the team incredibly, it will be more beneficiary if they buy him than this loan deal.

This is a new marketing strategy currently been use by Real Madrid which to me is definitely going to cause stir if they actually they’d have been doing it wrongly, to me I think Madrid actually have been in negotiations or talks before this players make their decisions on weather they want to stay or leave their parent clubs, if at all their is evidence that communicated with the players before their clubs get to know then it is a very big mistake but I think Madrid do this professionally.

Should Madrid pull up this signings then will be very strong in defense because the two wing backs are one of the best in their positions in the world and they will make the defense better but this is many stars too much already in this team and we know how it sometimes ends in failure

Arne Slot wants to keep him but Trent Alexander-Arnold has Real Madrid in mind. The 26-year-old will want to play for a very big club at the prime point of his career, because you don't always get that chance. He is also known to be good friends with Bellingham. I think the conditions are perfect for him to start a new chapter in his career. If he stays at Liverpool and signs a five-year contract, he will identify with the club, but I would also try a different adventure. I think that's what he wants.
Even if Arne Slot wants Trent Alexander-Arnold to stay, it is clear that Trent Alexander-Arnold has decided to move to Real Madrid. I'm sure Trent Alexander-Arnold will be 100% in Real Madrid for his next career. When a player has no intention to stay a longer time, a coach should let him to move as soon as possible. It won't be good for the team if a coach keeps a player who has no interest to play in the team anymore. I assume Liverpool board won't try to keep him.

By the way, this is one of the article that reported the issue: https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/_/id/43186201/transfer-rumors-news-liverpool-trent-alexander-arnold-real-madrid

Now the rumors about Trent and Madrid are getting hotter so it is quite natural that there will be a lot of speculation said but in the end as long as there is no official statement everything can still happen in the end.
I'm quite happy if in the end Trent can be in Madrid because after all we still need a strong full-back who can carry out attacking and defensive schemes at the same time even though there are still Vazques there because Carvajal is injured but we also cannot force Vazquez continuously especially now that the reserve for Vazquez is empty and sometimes Ancelotti gives a place to Valverde when Vazquez cannot compete so for Trent to come to Madrid it is clearly a gift.

However, I am referring to the news about Mbappe a few seasons ago where as long as the news is still confusing I will not be proud of this situation because we could be pranked again like Mbappe and PSG did to Madrid a few seasons ago even though in the end Mbappe remained at Madrid this season.

I assume Alexander Arnold is likely to leave when the season ends, letting him go in the January transfer window could weaken Liverpool who are leading the trophy race. However, the move will be a loss for Liverpool, because Alexander Arnold can go to Real Madrid on a free transfer. Liverpool position is in a dilemma, even though Arne Slot really wants his player to stay longer in the team. Real Madrid has always been a dream club for any player, they can offer a guarantee of trophies every season.

Liverpool management is actually also faced with other difficult decisions, as we know the contracts of M Salah and Virgil van Dijk will also expire at the end of the season, maybe they consider them if this season Liverpool manages to win the Premier League and Champions League trophies. Apart from all that, I agree with you, we have learned a lot about Mbappe transfer, it is possible that everything is just a rumor. But one thing that has been proven, Florentino Perez is a genius man who has many ways to smooth his plans.

Lol, but no official fee was paid to Paris Saint Germans, yeah? That's what I actually meant and not whatever underground fee paid to convince the player to join em.
Jude Bellingham must have been the agent to help get this done. It would be unwise to see him remain with Liverpool. He has won it all, its best he tries to try a new competition elsewhere honestly. He's been brought in for his chances creation activities.

Then on the aspect of Galatasaray wanting to make his acquisition permanent, I think it's very much unlikely because it's not just the 75 million euros that will be an obstacle here, another major obstacle is if victor osimhen would want to continue plying his trade in turkey, because if you ask me, he is too good to be in Turkish league right now, he deserves to be playing in a more better and bigger European team than Galatasaray, so the will of osemhen will also be an obstacle here.

Salah has made a new record as a player with most scoring and assists, yet he has said on his post-game interview if his contract is far from complete.

Millions of Liverpool fans will very disappoint if their club let him leaves as the summer. Salah's getting even better when he aged, and this rarely happened in the football.

He has reaches it in less than 20 matches. It's not to call him as one of best player this season. Why doesn't LFC just fulfill all of his requirement? It's easy to defend him to stay.

Currently, we are only talking from the information we heard which has no authenticity yet. Let's wait till January when the transfer window will be open. That's is when we would know if Osimhen will move over to Manchester United or not. If Osimhen is enjoying himself in Galatasaray and feel there's no reason of him leaving the club, that's fine. No one would force any player to go against his will.

True, this is just speculation or rumors circulating at the moment and the certainty cannot be ascertained, it is better to wait in the transfer window later, there we will find something more certain, whether this rumor will indeed come true or will just be a rumor without certainty. Osimhen himself must be looking for a team that wants to bring him in seriously, maybe he doesn't want to stay long with Galatasaray. However, the real obstacle is the team that currently owns him, Napoli. It depends on them, whether they will lower the transfer fee or not at all.
