Recently, Roma's director reported had meeting with MU and Zirkzee's agent to discuss about Zirkzee's potential transfer. The fact is that MU is willing to cash out him for 35m, while Roma can't afford that. So Roma is demanding 6m++ loan fees to bring him to the Olimpico.
If i were MU's director, i'd reject such offer caused by the main target is to sell him, not to loan him. Yeah the report says Roma wants loan + obligation, but they have to learnt from what happened to the Sancho.

Obligation can be exchange to the penalty fees when Roma change their mind after the loan period. So it's not good for MU.

While a loan might seem logical at first, I think Manchester United should include a mandatory purchase option in the contract if they loan him to Roma. Because Roma could buy him and then send him back if they don't like him, resulting in no benefit for Manchester United. I want to criticize Manchester United's transfer policy here. Whoever is behind these transfers, I don't think they've gotten the full value out of any of them in recent years. Only Mbeumo has shown promise this year. Almost all the other players have gone on loan to other teams or been sold. I think Manchester United still hasn't shown its quality.

I've also talked about obligation to buy is not giving MU strong position to cash out Zirkzee. Don't you forget their case with Sancho and Chelsea? They have put obligation to buy in the Sancho's loan contract. Yet, Chelsea returned Sancho + penalty caused by blues were not interesting in permanent him.
So in this case, selling him is the best when they need money. However, i know priced Zirkzee 35m pound makes no sense considering they also bought him at almost the same rate. So, if they can lower it a bit, they may able to seal a trade for Zirkzee with Roma.

I think it will be a good move for Joshua Zirkzee, because he really needs to have game time now, because when you look at what he is doing at Manchester United he doesn’t have much playing time, and it’s a World Cup year next year which means he will need more game time, but I think right now that Mbeumo have gone to the African Cup of Nations it will give him a different opportunity for more game time, but moving to AS Roma is going to be more good and beneficial for his career than staying at Manchester United on the bench, I think a permanent move will be more better for him because staying at Manchester United without game time wouldn’t be very good at all for his career.

One of the best news I have heard today. Deep down I pray this should become reality. As long as it's pep's student I trust him completely to trust him with City anytime Pep leaves. A goat can only give birth to a goat, Pep Guardiola cannot raise nonsense.  Enzo Maresca is not utilizing his full potential at Chelsea because of the Chelsea way of playing football and available players. Was Guardiola really planning to leave City this summer? I haven’t seen this news discussed anywhere, but if there are reasons for that, then I think Maresca would be a good candidate for the position of Manchester City head coach, at least because he previously worked with Guardiola. To some extent, the way their teams operate on the pitch is very similar, and I think the training process is also largely alike. It’s hard for me to imagine City without Guardiola, and right now it looks like things are going well for City, so I don’t see any reasons why he should leave the team.

The problem is, with such a high price, any team would find it difficult to acquire Zirkzee. Considering his performance, 35 million is considered expensive. If Manchester United really wants to sell Zirkzee permanently, they should lower their price further to attract interested clubs. If there is anything I like about Real Madrid, it's the fact that any player can be replace and the team is going to do a greater job. Before there wasn't Vinicious and the team won UCL, Laliga and other prominent trophies some few years back, even now if he decide to leave the club and look elsewhere, he will be forgotten very quick. I think I like this news, last season when Manchester City were going through a lot in terms of bad form a d constantly losing or drawing games that one on a normal Manchester City was supposed to win. The back lash came from some people but few of us were behind Pep from behind the scenes. Pep has been successful and to top it all, he gave Manchester City a different identity that people will just have to love the club, if not for anything but the way they play under the Spaniard. It also good that the management understood and took into consideration what his done for the club and they didn't fire him that period. Now I'm seeing this, it's good to know that the club is allowing him to step down at his own choosen. I already knew his days at the club are numbered and he will leave by himself but not sure when or who will replace him.

Manchester city might be considering luring Enzo Maresca to replace their iconic manager Pep Guardiola due to his affiliation with the club and the manager haven't spent some time learning the ropes from the Spanish man, and perhaps they might be considering his antecedents with Chelsea where he has won the FIFA club world cup and Conference cup which makes him outstanding amongst most of the managers in the EPL and within Europe.

During the brief tension with Ronaldo, I was biased against him, but his statistics and contributions to Manchester United are indisputable. Sometimes being a big club means creating value. What Liverpool did to Salah and what Manchester United did to Fernandes isn't nice. I'm not saying Liverpool and Manchester United should maintain their relationships with these players forever. I think big clubs like Liverpool and Manchester United should be able to terminate contracts without alienating players. I think these two clubs are acting with too much focus on financial gain in such matters. Financial interests are important, but if they undermine social values, they won't be able to find new fans one day.

It's a bit difficult to force Zirkzee's current situation even though Manchester United will sell the player for less than they previously bought him. We're all aware that Zirkzee's performance has declined drastically. It's understandable that a club like Roma would ultimately choose a loan deal rather than an outright purchase even though they know Zirkzee was once a good player in Serie A.

I think a loan with an option is a good idea as Manchester United would loan him with an option to buy at the end of the year. This would still be more advantageous for them than keeping him on the bench when Amorim has more faith in players like Chunha and Mbeumo.

I personally don't see it as a wise choice if Chelsea let Enzo maresca leave because as you have said, he has done better than expected considering the types of players at Chelsea, though I am not that happy with his constant rotations of the team, but I understand why he is doing so, but is he replaceable? Yes.
Chelsea are known for constant changing of coach, and it has favoured them a bit, but it has also caused lack of stability at the club, but letting Enzo maresca leaving the club without giving him what he needs it's unwise because he has proven to be very good during his short stay at the club, he has come up against  top managers and he has proven to be competitive and reliable to compete with those guys, so I sees it as a loss to Chelsea if he eventually goes to Manchester City.

And this time, Manchester United is targeting Kenan Yildiz, one of Juventus' forwards. This winger's performance at Juve has been quite brilliant, with at least 6 goals and 6 assists this season alone. His current market value is €75.00 million. However, a potential transfer deal could be in the range of €90M–€100 million.

Real Madrid are not making this relationship easy for the player to start with, I wasn't expecting this to get to this stage of them putting the Brazilian in a situation where it will look like he choose to abandon the club when they needed him the most and if you check, anything he asked for he deserves it 100%, what's there not to give it to him? I completely disagree. Vinicius is certainly a great player but there is no way he is worth the same salary as Mbappé's. The amount of money he is asking for is huge, and I think that Real Madrid are also getting tired of some of his behaviors and they are open to actually sell him, they are not desperate to keep him because next year Nico Paz will go back to Madrid and he could perfectly replace the Brazilian for a fraction on the cost.

Isn't Vinicius salary issue already resolved, as he no longer demands it? But if he persists and demands the same salary as Mbappé, the club will not hesitate to let him go. This should be one of the biggest upgrades for football managers. Imagine people in Chelsea football club who do not believe in him but Manchester City thinks otherwise. Imagine him going from managing Garnacho and Delap to managing Erling Haaland and Jeremy Doku who are both decisively great players. He both worked with Pep Guardiola and I believe he's got what it take to be the Pep Guardiola long-term replacement. This might have to be considered quickly because we know that sometimes Perez is someone who has little patience and when he is not comfortable with a player, they can leave quickly no matter how good the player is in terms of performance.
Madrid is a great place to be for players who want to achieve greatness or be looked up to but it can also be a disaster for some players who Perez doesn't like.

We can see many examples such as during the early Galacticos era when even Perez didn't care much for Robben and Sneijder at the time and this era became commonplace and could have been the same if Vini hadn't acted quickly.
Currently, negotiations with drama for Madrid are very difficult because it can put players in unfavorable situations, including for Vini. Even if he's in good form if there's a lot of drama in a new contract he could leave quickly.

We don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but Vinicius' management and Perez camp are clearly much better informed about his future. I hope we get some clarity soon, because so far the speculation has been coming from the main Spanish media, most of whom I've seen trying to pit Vinicius against the club like yesterday Vinicius vs Xabi.

I just feels like vinicius junior is over hyping himself because his numbers is actually poor, and since football is all about numbers,  like numbers of goals and assist, he has no better case in convincing Perez the real madrid president that he should earn so much. The problem he is having is that he thinks that he is in the same level as Kyler mbape but he is wrong, Kyler mbape is a step ahead of him as you have rightfully said already.
And with the constant tantrums he always throws, I believe that his days as a real madrid player is gradually coming to an end since they can't get to an agreement before this his present contract expires.
