Yes, I was sad to see that the block rewards are down to 3.125 from 12.5 3 hours ago. so far on YIIMP it doesn't appear that we are getting the 4x less rewards any faster.
I have written a update that we change the blocktime from block 10.000 ^^ We use no a other diff algo too. The DK3 was the initial for our start. My goal is to have the same total amount and blockhalving like BTC. 16,419,437 BTC 16,400,830 BTX Actually its not fair to bitcore mining ppl. Bitcoin started with 50 I think. So if you really want to follow that, you should have started from Bitcoin numbers. Not follow them in the middle when they are low. Right now, I do not think it actually makes sense to mining this unless you change the Block reward. It actually isn't bad I mean I use one 1050 to mine this and get around 1 btx a day at current difficulty. Just putting it out there.

Not anymore though? The difficulty went up to 736 now. Can anyone explain how difficulty adjustment works with this coin? The original post is not very clear on this. I thought it used to be new diff every block, but now it isn't?

Well, you're not "getting" it anymore. The difficulty was at ~184 for the most of those 19 hours, and ~ 3 hours ago it jumped to ~736. Which means you're getting ~4 times less BTX per day now.

Miners want profit, not dirt.

Just looked at the way to verify my btc via BTX
not too comfortable...making a private msg from my wallet to a live www page in order to determine if I am legit or not
can I use a signed msg from an air gap'd a computer and paste it in there instead (paper wallets)
if the private key has to be done online...not gonna happen..but I suspect I can simply make a msg on an air-gapped machine and copy it to the msg box?
(paper wallets don't ya know gonna make an air-gapped computer for this signature and byteball one)
anyway let me know if that is possible
if all is done thru the wallet LIVE I won't be digging out my 100 BTC hoard to get an air drop
if I can make a private msg offline and import it to the msg box ...encrypted...as such by btc-qt via offline air-gapped computer
that I will do
sorry newb to the whole 'sign msg' stuff
thanks for the feedback

Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

you can create in ur wallet tons of adresses. so u can transfer your coins in ur created adresses. We of course can't tell you, how much you should split; we would kill all the fun we all have here on monday airdrop. Greetz Steve

If you are running a Qt wallet enable coin control features by going to Settings then Options in the pull down. Then check the box for Enable Coin Control Features in the wallet tab. This should make it a little easier.
