I can't seem to figure out how to install a wallet. I've gone to the Github page and downloaded the Window QT, but how do I get it to run? There are multiple Windows downloads and I could find one for the Blockchain. Went on Youtube and there are no videos. Can someone who downloaded a Windows wallet list some step by step instructions for the us newbies?

Thanks!

1. download https://github.com/LIMXTEC/BitCore/releases/download/0.14.1.6/Windows-0-14-1-6.zip
2. unzip it
3. go to bin folder and copy the bitcore-qt file in ur folder, where u wanna save ur cryptofiles.
4. start bitcore-qt.exe
5. go to our slack to get new instructions, how to secure ur wallet.
6. buy 10 btx min. and transfer from the exchanger into your wallet to be registered for the monday airdrops.

Thanks for the help, Steve! That was a lot easier than I thought. It's been downloaded and currently in the process of synchronizing with the network.

I can't get my wallet to sync past block 21102.

Added the nodes above to a new conf file.

Running this version:
BitCore Core version v0.14.1.1-g814d134 (32-bit)

Do I need to update to a new version of the wallet?

YES, ASAP...we have version 0.14.1.6!!!!!!!!

https://github.com/LIMXTEC/BitCore/releases/tag/0.14.1.6

Thanks for that. All up to date now.

Yes, I got my precious BTX tokens via airdrop. How's this project going? Is SegWit working already?

So if I buy at least 10 BTX from an exchange and deposit it in my local wallet can I claim some BTX right now? or do I have to wait until next Monday? I'm just trying to understand how this works.

If your wallet have more than 10 BTX = from 00:00 Monday you can wait 3% reward. Don't know your timezone...

Good day. Is there a minimum reward for example 2 BTX if the score is 11 (so far only bought 11 pieces) or will the calculation be 11 * 0.03 = 0.33 BTX? And more a question - at the moment 00.00 the purse should be active (the computer is switched on) or it is possible to turn off the computer? Huh

I am still alive.

Your computer does neither have to be turned on nor online. You just have to have your Coins in local wallet and not on an exchange. There is no minimum reward. You are getting 3% if you have at least 10BTX in your wallet, that's it.
Some examples:
- before: 10 BTX / after:10,3 BTX
- before: 9,99 BTX / after: 9,99 BTX
- before: 12 BTX / after: 12,4 BTX
- before: 3000 BTX / after: 3100 BTX
- before: 4 BTX / after: 4 BTX

Has still forgotten to specify - 00.00 by what time? If I live in Moscow, then the calculation will be made automatically according to local time or not? Payment is automatic (after 00.00) or after some time (hour-day)?

The devs always just say "on monday", without telling a specific time. You just have to wait for tomorrow, until they post here or the airdrop arrives in your wallet, in order to know when exactly the airdrop was made.

Dev time and so on:

We are from germany. And use this time: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/germany

We try to have the snapshot ready till 12 am. After 12am, chris needs some time to prepare the trigger for the transfer to all wallets loaded with min 10 $BTX.

It doesnt care, if u reach your coins earlier or later than expected. There could be some circumstances like a meeting between us coremembers or similar, which could change our timeplan. But in the end, MONDAY IS AIRDROPDAY.

I think for most of the people it's not about the time when their airdrop coins arrive at their wallet. It's about to know when or until when the coins have to be at your local wallet and therefore when they can again be transfered anywhere else (mostly to the exchange I think). Can't you just say, we make the snapshot between XX:XX and YY:YY (max 2h) and the airdrop is going to sent out any time later that day? Or is there something I don't see why this would be a bad idea?

And I just have to say, I love the new diff adjust algo. It's much more predictable and produces very stable block times for the moment.

Is the final November airdrop still only for the top 1000 wallets?
