Website chip orders will also be refunded if they are needed. Please be a bit more patient with that, it's hard to process all of it at once. Board payments cannot be refunded at the moment, however, those funds will be given back / converted too. Nobody will be left out.

I filled out the form to request a refund. Thank you for taking the time to sort through all this.

In other news, chips will be refunded from both batches. Only chips at the moment. Whoever wants to stay in, reinvest in something else, is welcome to stay. Whoever wants out, will be refunded.
More news in the morning, i've got several pages of math to do. I hate to keep you in the dark, but i still need my numbers right.

Sorry, I don't get it. why are we voting again ?

So the chips are for you, personal business. Thats fine.
but are you now saying we can have them if we want ?

 Huh
No, that would be sent from my own chips. I will recover them later from someone else.

So it was decided, the chip will be refunded, why are we voting again?

I feel like im missing something. what are the final full details of the options?:

1) how much btc is returned from a 2.2BTC K16?
2) how much hardware is available in lieu of refund? (pcb, chips, etc)?

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

1. 1.296 BTC is returned for every 16 chips
2. It is complicated. Many parts have arrived, many needed payment upfront, etc. Anyway, these are details that concern only me, but i'll do my best to refund boards too or offer Bitfury instead.

Steve can you reply to me about the voting form please? As I said I have some from batch 1 and 2. I have privately messaged you about preferring a refund, but I don't know if this means that I will be processed as such as I did not recieve any communcation regarding batch 1 or 2.

I know this is messy and hate to add this to your plate, but I'm feeling a little out of the loop and don't want to miss out on being refunded.

terrific, so can i expect them to return to my sending address, or do i need to email/PM/website-form you the address and request?

You have handled this very well, its too bad avalon screwed up so badly. If there are any pcb/partial boards already i'd still love to have one, even without chips. otherwise, I hope that an avalon gen2 or bitfury design will turn out better for you and those involved.

I'd like to get a refund for my chips from batch 1.

26      32      2.592      1G2SZHGZargxjrmiDA6Zhritj86FrUbnqa

If it isn't possible to get refund for the boards purchased on site, I'm willing to invest 1.7 BTC (Order: #1349) in Steve's mining operation.

You will get refunded, don't worry. You're not out of the loop.

Also, upon sending messages to John, he looks busy too, based on the time intervals he responds, so our refunds are being processed (and not only ours, unfortunately for him)
