Just ignoring all refund requests are more logical because come one people he stated that in his policy after "26th of august there is "NO REFUND" in question".I wanted a refund too but it is so unlogical cuz he STATED that and we bought by knowing this so we should wait for the chips and steve to get them assembled!

Time off to sleep ... ( ̄︶ ̄)~

This is a different situation from what that was intended for.

I'm a little unsure what is being said here.

If I say no to the refund, my paid for assembled miners won't be sent to me for 3 months?

Or will I get my assembled miners ASAP?

Tip Me if believe BTC1 will hit $1 Million by 2030

Whichever you wish. I was just suggesting to start the miner myself and send you the bitcoin instead of the miner (at first). Sending the miner takes time and paperwork at customs upon exiting the country.

I'm waiting for more details about the hosting service!
Hosting made possible at several locations here in my town. Cooling made possible with the help and equipment of several of my friends. Net redundancy made possible via two internet providers.

The miners will be assembled and started asap. The gathered BTC will be divided to the members of the GB, exactly between the members who has explicitly voted for this option. The BTC will be proportionally divided based on chip count owned. Electricity costs will be deducted and exchanged into fiat. The costs will have proof (paper bills) and proof of payment (receipts).

In short: who wants chips sent to them, will get chips. Who wants miners will get miners. Who wants hosting, the option to keep their miner at my place without extra cost (for the first 3 months) will receive BTC on a weekly basis. After 3 months, i will take 10% fee in BTC, on a weekly basis. Who wants refunds for their investment will get their BTC refunded. Note that there are many people asking for chips, so you might get the refund from someone else than Avalon. Many people still want in, so they will take your place and you will get refunded.

Let me know if that is detailed enough / Ask any question that is still on your mind.

Hosting updated on the first page too, for the sake of simplicity in finding information.

Since the difficulty is rising like crazy and I'm in the second batch (which I belive will be delivered no earlier than late September), it's time to ask again:

Just in case, is any refund possible for the board orders? Anything that wasn't spent yet, maybe like 5 or 10 euro per board? Or is it just zero?

I think in the vote should participate users that are in this GB i.e. have purchased chips in this group buy.

The other thing I can't see, how the count of each person chips reflects on the weight of the vote.
As of now, a owner's vote who owns 128 chips, weights as much as the one who owns 1000, which I don't think is right.

Just a thought - since you're planning on starting a mining farm, maybe you would consider converting btc spent on pcb orders into "mining contracts"?

I don't want a refund, I am still mining as fast as I can to get some boards for my chips ...

I just want to know, realistically, when could I expect my board, in my hands, (I am batch II).
I Avalon not delivering at all, or are they just very, very late, (maybe someone has a link to the whole Avalon story as I seem to have missed a few posts).

dude, you are in batch 2 (non-refundable) with 48 chips. sorry, but your opinion about refund for batch 1 is useless.) (but problem is, that you should still vote in this pool)
