also get NO refund???

I buyed 10 chips... so I should get at least 0.81 BTC....

Steve, whats wrong with this list?

What is wrong is that YOU got a message asking you to vote for refund or not on 06-09-2013, 13:09:16. Since you voted NO for a refund, you were not included in the list passed to John. Now you DO want a refund, however, creating additional manual work for me. Anyway, refunded 10 chips. And not be a jerk about it, i've refunded the full amount paid for them, since it was an auction. 1.06 btc has arrived.

Ah okay.

I thought the whole batch1 was refunded, so I thought everyone get his BTC back.

But however, everything now is fine for me and I'm happy to leave the Avalon-mess-scam-whatever behind me.

I'm sorry for this additional work.

You will get your trust-rating in few secounds, thank you for your efforts. (Hope u didn't grown some grey hair with that story)

Please pay attention everyone who has received their refund!

As you may have noticed, you have received the whole amount (exactly equal to what you have paid). This means that all processing (collecting, accounting, escrowing, organizing merge with other group buys for Batch2, requesting the refund from Avalon, refunding etc.) was done by the GB organizer for free.

Please understand that ordering here is different from ordering from Amazon in a way that your order processing costs are not covered by margins from other millions of orders. Please consider some processing fee/tips for t13hydra.

Remember that the whole situation with Avalon is not Steve's fault, and nobody is happy working for free.

t13hydra can you respond to people not getting batch1 refunds?

You did not get a refund, because you didn't want a refund during voting.... Now you do want refund. Make up your mind!

Anyway, i made it up for you. Refunded btc for 160 chips.

Ty, I guess you didnt see my post 2 pages before that.

I voted no but I changed my mind,
Am I on the list?

35      160      12.96      13Z6UL7YK1BfGaTxK9MTpV2WcFPdHnqG5K

Any plans to order avalon gen2 chips if they are same day shipping to use on the boards we ordered?

Reading the last posts I'm guessing that some people from batch 1 and those that purchased batch 1 from auctions are currently still left out like me?

I'll just put the tx id for that purchase to maybe make things easier for you Steve:

the chips:

c60ffff6fba9c3e8fbfbfb8e9bde2a18e31f46f5fb699e6b5b64018335ba0650

and the tx for assembly:

I'm sure it's just an oversight, I've messaged Steve a few times concerning the batch 1 chips so I'm sure I'm on his radar. It would be good for a comment from Steve about this to let us know how is proceeding with this.
My guess is that there will have to be a lot of cross checking of messages if the reallocation payments were not labelled or organised at the time which will understandably lead to a longer wait.

I guess once Steve's site orders (which I am also a part of) are processed tommorow then he will have the time to clear up these loose ends.

Please direct the refund messages directly to OP as I'm refunding according to his instructions to not mess the ledger up. I get about 50~ random refund requests per day, and without access to the sheets I can only choose to ignore them.

For batch 2 refunds, there was just the voting PM. I think he is still working through loose ends.
