Seems that Steve is probably dealing with a lot of emails. I was in communication with him concerning my refund which he says that he sent, I have NOT received them nor have I been provided with a tx ID.
Either he has made a genuine mistake and is getting mixed up (which I think likely) or he is getting ready to bolt, the longer that communication goes unanswered the more it seems this way. But honestly I don't see this as likely.
If I don't hear from him soon I'll be taking legal steps.
I've been behind you the whole way Steve, but this is just getting ridiculous.

I emailed throught site and eventually got a response. So I would think that you should be getting some communication soon. Assuming that the orders start from #1000, that's over 300 orders that Steve has taken, not to mention the payments strictly made to the escrow. If even half of these customers are emailing him, it would be a pain in the neck to organise, not that this is an excuse. Unless Steve get's a chance to really sit down one day and work through these refunds I feel like refunds and other news will be in fits and starts, which isn't ideal really. |

I believe most people dealing with steve received their refunds on the chips. The remainder I don't believe is an amount one would really think about bolting over. Let's give him some time and see what he says. I'm curious about payments for boards at this point.

I'm just glad that I was able to sort a refund. I'm sure everyone will be reimbursed (I know that's easy for me to write), I just don't understand the delay.

Heard from him last week and as you've read I received my refund. I think it's reasonable to expect an update from him this weekend.
Problem is that it could be that not everyone who is being refunded will be posting in this thread, so it's hard to gauge how things are progressing. I know I just want to be done with this whole mess.
I'm sure he's reading this thread, but if no update comes soon or refunds are not being processed then I'd be suspicious.
