i have messaged acidu first but heard nothing from him yet.
i received a refund for only 8 of 20 chips i held ownership of. the original 8.
i had purchased at cost (0.081BTC each) 12 chips from acidu that have either been paid to him or not refunded to myself. i can post verifications of this transaction if necessary ( to jog memories).

I know it's easy to stress in a situation like this, but Steve has been on and has been refunding people as the past few posts have shown. He is probably just busy with work and life. Personally I can't imagine fitting a full time job and child around a group buy, not that this excuses Steve, but I feel far more comfortable with him when I see the state of the other group buys. The website refunds should be the most straightforward, I expect they'll be sorted in a day or two and the weekend at the latest. |

I hope he'll answer now :/ It has now been 3 weeks since I've asked for a refund and he said he's gonna refund webpage orders last weekend... What will happen with board and shipping money? If it can't be redounded I would like to get a board and I will use it for 2.0 chips...
I don't see why shipping can not be refunded, as that is a service or product that has not been bought yet. as to boards, I understand that they will be offset against future investments with Steve either partially or in whole. That's true. Shipping costs will be refunded to all, ASAP. The board funds are somewhat stuck now, but i'll try to refund them too or build something like boards for Avalon gen 2 chips. Let's see how that turn out, because currently the market is unstable and unhealthy. Steve our btcs are somewhere else now? Or you have them but just waiting for something else? I am also still waiting for batch1 refund. Still nothing. Steve said John K. is a bit busy because of all the refunds hes got to process right now...hey I bought via AlphaHPC i still have no idea which batch i am involved ^^ that is what i asked "People who bought via Website will be refunded at the same time with Batch 2? " Somewhat yes. I'll process them this weekend. I'm really loosing my patience.....  |
