Good news is that my order filled. The bad news is that I could have gotten it for even cheaper. Hopefully they make the next deadline otherwise this is going to 3 cents or less. Congrats to all who picked up some Wagerr for less than 5 cents.

There's worse projects out there that people are more optimistic about, can't be successful and are definitely going to fail. BNT raised over $150 million and they're trying to use blockchain to break the laws of economic science. Good luck with that!

I'd say with the ceo being a betting man, that ICO money went on either red or black at the Adelaide casino. This ICO is dead, and those involved will probably be outted like Josh Garza AKA paycoin when they start regulating ICO's

I remind you that 90% of the fund are still in escrow

Proof? Sources outside wagerr would be helpful

I am encouraged by the latest update, though disappointed the coins I'm holding were expensive. At just over 1100 sat. It is an easy short term double for traders.

I think the worst is may be over.  Wagerr is slowly recovering pricewise.  It was undervalued before the the announcement and is a steal at these prices for a under 200million token project.  Delays are a normal thing and happen with just about every project that is developing.

It was really nice for the team to be open and honest about the development. Bringing on more people, changing the code, pushing to get the master nodes working, good stuff.

Going to give this coin some more time, as always, crypto has severe ADHD and will abandon an easy 10x bagger in 6 months for a 50% gain next week... Oh well.

You say a good friend. Alarmist in gateways. Similar hysterics only affect hamsters. Everything will be alright, the project is backward.

Been looking over the thread, am happy to have bought a couple nodes worth around 1400 sats. Love the project. Keep up the good work!

Yes! Great thing has just begun!

Testnet was indeed already running at backstage among the team. They discovered a security hole so that they're now working on it before the launch.

Fortunately, while most coins release their products with serious flaws in hurry, we'd rather focus on solid workability.

And many thanks to the weak hands randomly filling my bigger bags.

Who did really think they could stick to their timeline? It's a huge project and the first one of its kind. It was pretty clear they would need more time than expected. I wouldn't even be surprised if they would announce a second delay in a few month.

Nevertheless I hope rewriting the whole code was the right decision.

MAINNET ANY MINUTE NOW!!

Oh no wait, its a 3-6 months delay...
But surely then the devs are gonna deliver

*inhales*
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Enjoy holding these bags gentlemen.
Good thing most of you are in it not for the profits but because you have such strong belief in this project.
Because I can imagine, if you actually WERE in it for the profits... then this update would kind of suck. Cheesy

But for the die-hard true believers this is actually great news.
Wagerr is now on an absolute all time low and you can scoop up even more of those cheap coins!
Buy the dip!
You dont wanna miss out on this moon mission, do you? Cheesy

3-6 months delay is bad news. bet on it that price will go down from here. and maybe if only when they announce that they have a working sportsbook betting site/app that it will gain traction again.

good luck to hodlers.
Even just on 2 months delay is already alarming and the risk on holding bags as of now is already high.I dont expect that they would announce one day about possible updates. I will be advance to say sorry on those who did invest into this one.

This is absolutely not ideal and I fear that those with doubts might in the end be those who were right. Maybe it goes into the right direction nonetheless.

Just be careful accumulating more and more. You said your new to crypto... there are alot of scams around and whilst wagerr is 50/50 at the moment, you dont want to expose yourself to too much risk. Holding what you have at this stage is the best option, cause if they delay January the price will go down to 300 sats if your lucky. And there will be very little in the way of buys in the limited exchanges that accept wgr.

I got mails about updates but price is still very low. Who sell and why? I don't understand. Isn't that mainnet launch big thing? Why nobody pay attention to this token then?

Very true. As I knew very well that 95% of all mega projects(be it programming or non-programming) were subjected to delay in common, I already spared a six months delay for Wagerr the very first time I read the roadmap during ICO. Therefore this one doesn't hurt my sentiment at all.

Oppositely, by staying closely and observing every word the team frequently spoke on slack, I'm absolutely sure that this delay is a total positivity for the long run. Firstly, it has minimized the possible delay for mainnet as expected bugs and other programming hassles can be solved easier during this period before the official release. Secondly, launching the blockchain on 15th Jan doesn't effect the timeline much. But it would have avoided many technical failures causing price dips after the launch. Thirdly, I myself don't like to mess too much time with the experimental testnet, to avoid being implicated by the technical problems which were supposed to be solved at the dev's own obligation before exposing it to the public.

They have clarified on Wagerr Slack that they are not necessarily to rewrite the code. But they must revamp and improve it to strengthen the security and workability.

No worries! Firstly, by cautiously studying the team's attitudes and words with psychological analysis, which is one of my own specialties, no one of them has shown any common signs that no scammers can avoid to unconsciously display. Secondly, strictly bearing the consequences of their own mistakes and keenly responding to the community's opinions prove that the Wagerr team is taking the project very seriously.

I've very often researched on new ICO and other coins attempting to diversify my investment, but still I've not yet found another that can compete with this one, be it the enthusiasm and integrity of a team, and the prospect and vision of a project.

What is going on with the Token price? It's clearly in the red, but on a daily basis it'll dip lower than most alts.

Its always been a normal thing for this kind of situation on where bagholders would lose up money on the coins that they are hodling. This is always a risk and for sure panic would created which would lead up to more panic and dumping on the price.
