Guys, As Lauda as pointed out there there are 3 escrows here, And Lauda will be holding the bitcoin escrow.


Bitcoin:
The escrows will use a 2OF3 Multi signature address to hold the Bitcoin funds. Lauda will be the escrow in charge of this address.

Correct. I am the main person managing the wallet responsible for said address. It is a multi-signature address in order to provide more security as I'd expect the majority of the investments to be in Bitcoin.

It was not extended for one month. The duration of the crowd-sale was increased from 20 to 30 days (increase by 10 days). This gives investors more breathing room and is aligned with the traditional duration that ICOs/IPOs/crowdsales have.

Thanks for the question, the fees will be fixed at 0.2%, it will be 0.2% of the order's value. The volume won't affect the fees rate, and there won't be any difference between maker-taker.

The trading rules will be the same as centralized exchanges, when you take poloniex, maker's fees are 0.25% and taker's fees at 0.25%, but they are the largest exchange in term of volumes.

Yobit's fees are 0.2% but it is not really famous. The main difference between both exchanges is the service, that's what NVO will focus on.

Step 2) Register on the website.
Step 3) Follow the *instructions* found on the website and deposit to the addresses that you've received with the currency that you want. For this particular ICO, you will need a Bitcoin Address to which you own the private key to (no pools, exchanges, online services, et. al.) due to the counterparty token.

AFAIK there is no maximum amount that cap be raised, which is also why there is no specified token price at this time. The price per token will be determined by the total amount raised at the end of the crowd sale.

Yes NVO will distribute all the 15 million tokens, and won't keep anyone. Yes, they will do with what ever is raised by the "crowdsale".

There won't be maximum as there is not minimum, it will all depend on the investments.

I disagree and find this completely to be false. Have you read any news regarding MobileGo, the biggest crowdsale ever? They've used the same model.

Then invest near the end if you are conformable with the total amount that has been raised.

Putting a maximum also implies a centralized decision on the value of each token. I find it better that the market decides the price per token, especially in a project focused on decentralization.
