Like I said, bob's pool is only paying out to 10 addresses, and completely ignores the rest. I mined there for hours with 0 payout. I don't know why he isn't fixing it and paying out what is owed.

I'm mining at 430kh/sec and I seem to still be finding blocks soloing. Make sure your scantime is very low to make sure you can find the new blocks quickly. A: 7 R: 1 is my current block count.

What -s and --expiry values are you using? Should I also add those parameters for p2p pool mining?
Also you probably are close to China?

Bob's pool just paid me 0.44, so at least SOMETHING is working.

I don't know the code, but I know I was not getting paid after mining over a hour on your pool. Though I understand you said it's beta and I don't expect to be paid for pool errors. I stopped mining on your pool now, and trying to set up solo miner.

I've been mining with 160kHs for 2 hours and I got ~180 CNCs in the first hour and almost nothing (2x 0.44 CNC) in the second hour.

Now with the higher difficulty I'm trying my luck with solo mining again.

i have this error on my Debian:

i tried "dpkg -i libdb5.1-dev_5.1.29-5_amd64.deb" after download it but it's not work..

anyone has had the problem ?

Yep, that is the same experience as me, I got 2x 0.44 CNC for mining over a hour at Bob's pool with 1.5MH

The 0.44 is probably fee received for processing a transaction.

been mining nearly all day,

got nothing hardly with solo

but with bobs i am getting quite a few now. Only small amounts but the pool does work. If you can solo then great you will probably make more coins, but for us with slow lines then bobs pool has been good.

a lot of .44 but some bigger chunks too. All adds up over the hours.

btw P2Pool is working great with fluid payments for the last hour. Hopefully it continues after my disgusting 12 hours solo mine at 2.6 Mh/s brought in only 180 CNH.

I've been getting sparse 0.44 payments as well. Seems to come in waves, at some points everything flows in at once, whereas it's sometimes quiet for about an hour. Not too worried overall, thanks for setting up the pool.

For those of you who are still struggling with solo mining, here is copy and paste instruction for Windows.

1. Download and install CGMiner https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=28402.0

2. Open Notepad and save it as chncoin.conf file inside this folder:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\CHNCoin
paste these codes inside the chncoin.conf file and save it:

3.Go to the folder where you installed CHNcoin-qt client (lets assume you installed it to default "Program Files"), find the CHNCoin-qt.exe file and right click to create a shortcut to Desktop
Now go to your desktop, right click on the shortcut you just created, then choose Properties.
Under "Shortcut" tab, navigate to "Target" field and add this text " -server" - it shall look like this:

"C:\Program Files\CHNCoin\CHNCoin-qt.exe" -server

Click Ok.

4. On your Desktop, Open Notepad again and save a new file called SoloMine.bat (make sure it's .bat file, not ending with .txt => choose "All files" during save).
inside your SoloMine.bat file paste this code:

b) double-click the SoloMine.bat file (created in step 4) to Launch Mining!
