I sent my BTC very easily. I just clicked Get Address from the https://ico.primalbase.com/dashboard website and I copied that address to the receiving side on the exchange. It was that simple

There is a possible problem with browser caching in.
You may have an older version of the site.

It’s possible when people did not close the deposit with the site and kept it with the old version.

So, please clear the cache:
Chrome - Ctrl and press F5 (or just click with the ctrl-click on the update button).
Safari - Opt + Cmd + E

If problem persists - try to close the browser and open it again.

I think this is a great project the real price of 1 PBT is 5 bitcoin right and in the first day you could buy it for only 3 bitcoin,
