My transaction got over 20confirmations, I am still stucked on Waiting for confirmed transaction. Please refresh page.
Javascript is enabled, also on step2 it say total chips 0.000
I used service before, but is first time I have problems

Its just stuck on "waiting for confirmed transaction" even though transaction got confirmed long ago.

You have either deposited less than minimum or we have not got your email. If it is second case - contact us again.

i just want to follow up my recent mixing im not afraid since im using this chipmixer for 3 years already but this is the first time that it's almost 12 hours and i still not on step 2

i double check the link always and it's correct

the session token and bit address still the same as of now (so i know im safe)

i also check if the BTC address is fresh or not (its fresh)

i always do a video/screen recording while mixing so if they ask for proof i have it

just wanna ask if there is a problem with the system? because its getting longer

Missing deposits reported to support were resolved but main issue is still there. If you deposit and are unlucky - you may not get your chips after one confirmation.

I opened Tor Browser today and saw this message.

Tor is ending its support for version 2 (v2) Onion Services, and v2 onion sites have since been deprecated. If you're a site administrator, upgrade to a v3 onion service immediately. Learn more

Additionally, according to their blog mention this.

Tor Browser will stop supporting version 2 onion services later this year.

Plan was to add v3 around middle of May 2021. It did not happen. External dead lines are:

July 15th, 2021
0.4.6.x: Tor will no longer support v2 and support will be removed from the code base.
 
October 15th, 2021
We will release new Tor client stable versions for all supported series that will disable v2.

Sent roughly 5k USD to ChipMixer this morning. I've used this service dozens of times.

Despite having 6 confirmations, I'm still receiving

"Waiting for confirmed transaction. Please refresh page.

I already reached out to support with no response yet. I was hoping that the system would automatically kick the coins back to me.

Assuming you didn't use a phishing site: I don't think you're screwed. Just unlucky:

Missing deposits reported to support were resolved but main issue is still there. If you deposit and are unlucky - you may not get your chips after one confirmation.

You'll just have to wait for support to respond.

I get that a mixing service can't just hire a call centre for 24/7 support, so it may take some time.

Don't be so hard on yourself, but yeah that was a boneheaded move.  The funding address would likely have sufficed.  I always got the impression that ChipMixer is a one-man operation, I could be wrong.  If so, then it really doesn't matter since the owner must have full access to the wallet anyway.  Regardless, their reputation is impeccable, so I imagine you'll be fine.

Do us a favor, and please let us know when your issue is resolved.

Tor is removing support for legacy V2 addresses. Tor V3 addresses provide better encryption algorithms and anonymity.

I've sent yesterday BTC payment from my wallet equivalent to 1000 usd and received confirmation message the deposit was successfully received, after withdrawal received the message that all your chips has been withdrawn. But I've never received the BTC back since yesterday. Is that taking that long or what is the problem exactly?

Using sweeping queue can take up to 24 hours to create and confirm transaction moving funds from chip into address you have provided.

I've sent an email to the support 2 days ago with all details, my wallet key, I also indicated my voucher and explained you that I've chosen the "Sweep Them To Different Address" to my other wallet. Confirmation "Finish All your chips has been withdrawn" have been received. 
But still haven't yet received the money since. Can you please have a look into my problem? Thx
