What do you mean "reversed"?

Isn't this "first come first serve" as soon as Darkstar announces a free spot, or can we apply and be on a queue? Because I've been trying to get on this campaign for ages and there are never free spots.

No. It's just a pointless post.
The queue doesn't exist, you just apply when there's a slot and if you're the best of who they have applying, you get a slot, else, you reapply at the next free slot or go for another campaign.
