Thanks.
My final choice was between you and hugeblack. I decided to pick hugeblack over you as many of your posts are still buried in threads, and while they are good, a good post isn't very useful if it's almost never read.

Hi,
May I know why I was added to you blacklist so I can try to fix it?
Most of your posts are on threads with hundreds of replies already, that ask a simple question. I consider these extremely low quality even if the post itself was long, as the length is almost always gotten by rephrasing what has already been said hundreds of times.

I understand what you mean when you say that the threads have too many replies but im not rehashing what anyone says. I always give my own opinion/answer and although someone may have said something similar, it doesnt mean im reading what theyr saying and just rephrasing it. If someone has said something similar, what is the point of repeating it in a different way? It seems odd to want to add to a discussion by being redundant. Moreover, are you sure that the total content of those 100 posts does not already cover what you have stated? I am almost certain the answer is "no". Furthermore, you can expect that your responses will not be examined: who is going to seriously stumble into a multi-paged thread about some general garbage and start a discussion with you?
After looking at your posts, they are very general. Even if they're not one-liners, they may as well be.

Maybe that's the thing, you're not reading what's already said.

Is it a joke or it is something that could be done if there is enough interest in?

Is it a joke or it is something that could be done if there is enough interest in? I'm being (semi) serious. Still doing research and figuring out how to set up an LN node right now, but it would be possible Soon™

I can't really find good information about it, but it seems interesting from what I have been able to find. Want to PM me some information on it? Week 11 Payment received and confirmed. How did your alts drop to -1? We're all still here.

Still doing research and figuring out how to set up an LN node right now, but it would be possible Soon™ I see 2 practical problems: 1. As far as I know, a LN channel is still limited to a maximum of 0.04ish Bitcoin TheQuin under here is more accurate2. Even if this is increased, LN is only efficient if you make many transactions on the same channel, which means ChipMixer has to deposit an amount for many weeks ahead For testing purposes on the other hand, it would be very cool to get it working! I've wanted to set it up ever since it became available, but haven't found the time yet.

Currently, channels are limited to 0.16777216 BTC and individual transactions can be no more than 0.04194304 BTC, so it wouldn't be particularly practical. Although I'm not sure how those limits are enforced or if it is possible to override them on a node.

Sure,I'd like to learn about it,both theoretically and practically. So first let me begin with understanding its concepts. I'm being (semi) serious. Still doing research and figuring out how to set up an LN node right now, but it would be possible Soon™
Will it be sort of enforced or would it be optional? I'd join in on the testing of this. I can't really find good information about it, but it seems interesting from what I have been able to find. Want to PM me some information on it?
I wouldn't mind getting some good info on LN too.. May I hop in as an unwanted, reckless scum?

Currently, channels are limited to 0.16777216 BTC and individual transactions can be no more than 0.04194304 BTC Thanks for correcting me it wouldn't be particularly practical It gives possibilities: instant payment for each post, receiving 0.00075 BTC up to 50 times per week Will it be sort of enforced or would it be optional? LN is experimental and you risk losing your funds. If I'm allowed to speak for DarkStar_, I dare to state it won't be enforced.

Yup, definitely won't be required as it's not an easy thing to set up at the moment, and like LoyceV mentioned, it's still highly experimental. Just wanted to gauge interest mostly. With the current limits though, it wouldn't be very practical.

I'd like to participate too, testing the LN is interesting for me. I don't mind risking one payment (if it's not too high )

As far as I can tell, you also currently need the bitcoin database (I have about 2 weeks left according to my bitcoin core ). If anyone knows of an SPV client that will do this, I'll be first to get my payment on the Lightning Network.
