I don't even know how much money I can make or am making since it's posted above that Sol /= hash

 For Equihash coins like ZEC, sol IS = hash for all practical purposes.

 Afterburner works nicely on all of the EVGA cards I own - and I prefer the "classic" interface (the current default interface is too "pretty" and HARD TO READ and less functional imo) and lower "overhead" to PrecisionX, plus PrecisionX in my experience with it crashes a lot more often.

 Mining speed for a lot of algos depends on memory speed to a significant degree - ETH in particular is hard memory limited after a point and VERY sensitive to memory latancy - not just on raw clock rate.

 Also keep in mind that you can't set a "boost" clock, you can only set the "base" clock.

 Most cards will run the GPU at a lower voltage when the TDP is dropped, but often can maintain their boost clock for a little ways into the undervolting - how far depends on the specific chip, as manufacturing variations will affect each chip differently - this is a large part of what the "silicon lottery" is about, getting LUCKY and ending up with a card that has a GPU that undervolts well and memory/GPU that overclocks better.

I had mine clocked up to +210 mhz and it worked fine with +120% power since I didn't check lower power settings.

BTW does BTC electrum wallet address change daily? I just realized today my receiving address in the wallet is different than what it was. THIS IS SO stupid because GPU worked day and night only to send waste money.
Now I have re-entered receiving address in the config file of Nemo miner again but this is so stupid that receiving address got changed on its own. Entire 24 hour period of work gone wasted.

The address change is normal, Electrum is an "HD" wallet.

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Deterministic_wallet#Type_2_hierarchical_deterministic_wallet

tl;dr   :   it changes each time you USE the address, and ALL PREVIOUS addresses still resolve to the same wallet (you will still get your transactions)

I got Giga Auros and Asus Strix 1080 Ti.

Experimenting to find a sweet spot.

So for Yiimp or Zpool it is more straightforward

Yiimp==>ccminerAlexis78.exe -a skein -o stratum+tcp://yiimp.ccminer.org:4933 -u myDGBAdrress -p c=DGB,stats (NO AUTO EXCHANGE)

Zpool==>ccminerAlexis78.exe -a skein -o stratum+tcp://skein.mine.zpool.ca:4933 -u myBTCAddress -p c=BTC,stats (AUTO EXCHANGE)

What about suprnova.cc?

I registered with it.

For each different kind of coin to mine, should I put my altcoin address to `Payment Address`section of the account?

For example so far I edited my account for hush coin @stratum+tcp://zdash.suprnova.cc:4048 and put my hush/zdash wallet into payment address.

When I logged into the pool and check my account @stratum+tcp://dgbs.suprnova.cc:5226, my payment address is empty (as expected)

So I will put my DGB address into payment address. Am I right?

As far I understand suprnova keeps address for each altcoin in its respective pool account.

Can I use same worker in different pools or create a unique worker for each pool and give it to CCMiner to avoid confusion regarding to payment addresses?

Thanks.

Note:

Stock values: 965Mh/s, 298W Power consumption and 3.2 Mh/e efficient.

I tried %70 TDP, +150 GPU and -502 for Mem--> 925 Mh/s DGB-Skein on Yiimp. Stats say:200W Power consumption and 4.6Mh/s efficient?

How bad or good is that?

ya yiimp and zpool use address as worker, but supernova uses a worker you create on worker page yupp
you can use the same worker name for different pools, keeps things simple, tho i believe each COIN you will have to make the worker off the bat the first time

And ya man just set the payment address there and min payout amount under "edit account" yupp Smiley

Ya my ti has similar clocks on skein and similar efficency, its quite nice, i believe mine was about 4.3-4.5 so at 4.6 your smiling Smiley

PROFITABILITY on skein, well tht is another story you will just have to test and see Smiley

Thanks for the clarifications.

I achieved efficiency about 5-5.1 but hash rate became around 860-875 @170W with %60TDP, +150 and -502.

For now I think I will go with 4.6 as I prefer better ROI first.

I plugged Asus Strix 1080Ti and will test it.

For coins to mine I am looking into DGB-Skein, Hush (Zdash), LBRY, Zec and Zcl. Nowadays they are kinda comparable in general.

If I make 10-11 USD per day it is good. I read some guys make around 14-20 USD. That is a range very nice to wohoaaa Smiley

Maybe they run their cards at 100-120TDP or they are really good at catching price jumps before they happen and dig that mine before its price increase Smiley

Don't you guys pay for electricity :-D
I run my 1080TI at 175-185W max on skein -> 900-930 Mh/s depending of the temperature (it's very hot this days).

Which Ti is that? What is TDP, GPU, Mem and Pool?

A couple of weeks ago DGB-skein was crazy profitable, you could make ~$14 at 80% tdp, sometimes even better. Right now I don't know of any coin that makes that much without increasing the TDP, which I don't personally care to do for various reasons. There's probably someone somewhere mining a sleeper coin that's crazy profitable and obscure enough that nobody has discovered and shared that info with the masses yet.... :p

Hi,

What mining software are you using for the above results?

TIA

Try the Alexis miner. ccmineralexis78.exe

The 1080Ti are actually VERY tweakable for energy efficiency when mining skein.

For Skein, the Alexis 78 miner does quite a bit better than any of the alternatives.
 I was seeing close to 20% improvement over trpuvot version on my 1070s and 1080 I was testing on for a while.

Out of curiosity. Any of you running previous iterations of the cards and how long it ran?

90% fan speed with 99% load , 6-7 months? lifespan of the cards?

Newbie question:

So, I started to mine LBRY (ccminer2.0) on suprnova pool with 2 TI's and my hashrate is about 990 MH/s. I checked on whattomine calculator my estimated reward and it should be about 23 LBC/day.
Well, for me its look like really inaccurate estimation, because I'm mining so much less than that.
Is this calculator wrong or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for reply.
