Off topic a bit
Any guru here can help advise how to set the batch file to force rerun the miner every one hour?
Example while the miner is running, how to auto rerun in one hour.
This is to prevent at some point the hashrate gone to zero that need manual stop n re run
Thanks
to restart the miner just do @echo off :loop start miner.exe here(full path) timeout /t 1000 taskkill /f /im miner.exe goto loop Thank you. Great help for a lazy me to search around. Appreciated

Is the one card that is slower have a display attached? If it does try shutting down the machine, changing the display to another GPU and test again. I bet you'll see a correlation. I did.

Anyone trying out this SIGT "Skunk-raptor" algo?
Im always liking to try the 1080ti's on the new algos so tried it out
52.5 mh/s on Zotac at 100%TDP -i 25, +150core/ +400 mem 48mh/s seems more viable as far as efficecy goes, 70%ish tdp, the usual for 1080ti ;p
gigabytes max at 48mh/s for me, algos pretty intense on them, cheap bastards haha
dosent have an exchange yet, so i mined a few and will wait now, see where it goes

I did. thx for reply, but it was teamviewer. When i log in with teamviewer 1 card is getting 100mhs less, all good now ~950mhs ;] But i wonder why temp limit effects my hashrate? tdp70 temp 73 = 950mhs, tdp70 temp 65 = 850mhs ;/

3x 1080ti GAMING X mining skein with alexis miner here are my stats after around 20 hours and here after 10min, (miner restart, i changed only temp. limit) still one card around 100mhs less than others anyone have any clue why ? Is the one card that is slower have a display attached? If it does try shutting down the machine, changing the display to another GPU and test again. I bet you'll see a correlation. Very lucky. In California PG&E charge 40 cents for highest tier. The billing is odd because we went solar+PG&E. The first 400 kwh is charge at 20 cents then Tier 2 @ 28 cents and final is 40 cents. Solar company charge 15 cents fixed rate and do maintenance themselves for free. This really helps because it lowers the final tier cost. The avg would be at 29-31 cents at most. My estimate it would be around 35+ cents if we had no solar.

Does someone explain how I can install 2 1080ti on one 500W? I didnt see another double 8 pin wire to connect.

even if you had the wires to connect it, youd better be careful. sometimes a 500W psu only has 350-400W of 12V, and/or multiple 12v rails. at full power, a pair of 1080ti would easily trip the psu. at drastic powerlimits, youd still be looking at 400w+ draw when counting the mobo/cpu/ram/ssd

I recommend upgrading to a better psu to handle 2 or more 1080tis. Each 1080ti pulls up to 300w and 500W will not be enough for handling 2 during peak times.

So I had saved up DGB and just converted them today on the 50% spike up lol If anyone else have saved up currency today is the time. It may very well keep running up since it's a massive volume upsurge but I rather keep thing in BTC for consistency. Just wanted to share https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2004875.100Automatic mining switcher which pays in USD and you can withdraw into Paypal as well. Btw- it's not fully optimized for 1080ti yet. It's in alpha phase.

It's not their responsibility since they won't cut Employment insurance or anything-they will just pay you out. It'll fall in your court to report the income. That's what I'm assuming-because so far all I've done is use it for a day and I haven't withdrawn anything. It gives your options of withdrawing however you want. I think they sell your power for USD -gives clients more freedom whilst purchasing hashing power (also assuming).

I assume most are back at mining Skein DGB since it had a huge spike up lol
btw guys any of the 1080ti guys ever use 1070?
I'm thinking I should get that since this card is an overkill for my games and I can just use 1070 for games and let this run for this stuff?
