Is this normal?

Your temperatures and fan speeds are completly ok, imho.
As far as i remember when mining with lyra2rev2 algo some overclocking of the memory is required also.
So you could check if adding some memory speed will add hashrate

Ok I don't get it at all. Based on both professional reviews and user reviews, the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut is the best paste available if we ignore the cost to buy.
If that's the case, how comes I don't get A SINGLE POINT of Celsius reduction? It was 63 and it's still at 63 on an open case. Could there be something else bottle-necking me? I want to run it silently at night but I can't just reduce the fan speed and let it run at 70C or more!

GPU fan is controlled by GPU BIOS and depends on card's temperature, how much was fan RPM before paste change and after? It is possible that now fan rotate speed is lower with new paste and those 63c can be default value programmed in GPU BIOS.

No I disabled my custom curve and I manually set them before the paste change.

That's what I was running,
In what tempratures and fan speeds are you guys running at?

I have the EVGA 1080ti FTW3, stock cooler and paste (the paste is going to be changed later today!)

At the moment I'm mining XVG (Lyra2REv2) at 68.25 MH/s
Power 77%, Memory +0, GPU +85 (I don't understand how the GPU clock works, it's going between 1780 and 1900 MHz)
The tempratures are... GPU: 63°C, POWER: 57°C, Memory: 55°C
The fans are working at 75% (2500rpm)

Is this normal? Maybe I'm used to the super efficient 1070s (both ti and non-ti)? The 1070s were working at under 60°C, 75% power and 40% fan speed.
I'll get the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut today and I'll report my stats after the change.

There is nothing wrong with letting it run at 70C..... that is a safe temperature as far as I'm concerned.

Don't think i've ever had mine run much below 70. Everything's also ok so far.

Why would you expect that? The EVGA FTW3 is doing an amazing job for a 2 slot cooler, considering its 280w base, and you normally would overclock for best performance..which is almost 2x what you'd see out of a 1070, depending on algorithm. 65c is perfectly fine. The card defaults to 84c and is perfectly safe to that point, and even beyond. If you want it to run silent, just set power to, say 80% and set the fans to "quiet" in the evga util, and it'll do just fine, at about 20% reduced perf.
Thermal paste is nothing more than a gimmick on cards like these.

I noticed that most people are using the ccminer from enemy-1.03 for RavenCoin (Info's Source: http://yiimp.eu/site/miners). However I can't find it available as open source and I'm afraid it might be doing something fishy on the background.
People are already comenting here http://cryptomining-blog.com/9507-ccminer-enemy-1-03-fork-for-raven-rvn-mining-now-available/ about suspicious activity.
TPRUVOT's ccminer is so buggy, it's always crushing even when KlausT's version keeps going with the same clocks. However KlausT hasn't add RVN support (at least yet).

So... Is there any stable and safe miner for Raven?

PS: TPRUVOT's ccminer hashrate is jumbing between 12 MH/s and 20 MH/s on 1080ti! WTH?! I reduced my clocks to try avoid crashes and I'm at 80% TDP, +70 GPU, +500 Memory. Let's see if it last more than 2 hours.

The enemy fork isn't open source (yeah, it violates the licence), that's why it has been removed from GitHub.

Thanks! I've never heard of that developer though and I'm wondering if it's safe since it's not open source. Has anyone heard of the developer before? Also, has anyone here been using it his miner for 1080ti? Is there any significant change for our card?

You should check the forum all the time and try to find new coins and setting from fellow miners. Good luck bro.
