Ethos is very stable for 1080 ti mining. You can also auto tune overclocking.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2831674.0

https://github.com/yarustr/autotuning

You should mine what you think will gain in price in future.

n1 joke ppl  Cheesy

All miners look like virus> for example ccminer-x64-2.2.4-cuda9 https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/1e5b11e024752c84a16b1d79e721dce5405d72a3e2449085e33d225e4eb0e02e/detection

I use that lux sp mod 2+ months  Cool

and I give all, who need like a gift  Roll Eyes

Pls share sp mod 2 Smiley

I already have (lookup few posts back) the thing is majority of antivirus software detects virus so you have to use at your own risk...... I personally wouldn't......for few more hashes I dont want to wake up some morning with all my BTC missing.......

My mistake .. reading 2+ months as spmod 2 Smiley Working but is not a big deal (my wallet is not on this pc)

can someone who have buy the original sp mod for lux can scan it with totalvirus so we can compare plz loll i downloaded it and now i'm scared loll.. plz .. thx

This looks like a good place to cross post this as it's specific to 1080 ti's...

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2834807.msg29067560#msg29067560

Any help appreciated, I don't know if I have a bad card, or what is going on.  Thanks!

^^ I believe it`s a typo. Even with pci riser extenders i am not quite sure there is a mobo that can support 20 gpu`s.

Is the ahashminer wallet page very slow to update or is it just me? It seems like I am not getting paid anywhere near like I am on nicehash.. Going to let it go for 24H and see what happens.

Edit: Is ahashpool a scam or what?

Or maybe he just has 4 5GPU rigs.

something fishy about that shared spmod... it increase my hashrate from 133MH to 154MH and in 2 hrs mining, i am not receiving any earnings so i have to stop it, i only received 0.00002389 btc which is way way below from what i receive from the miner included in nemos... the one in the box in the screenshot is the one from the miner from nemos. circled on is the spmod for lux

You have been mining lux for several hours without changing the algorithm that's why you got more percent from the mined block. Also remember that amount of bitcoin you get depends on the current price.

well, i just transferred my hard earned 1.5 LUX to TradeSatoshi
after 10  transaction confirmations it oddly didnt show on the exchange, not even 30 minutes later
then i remembered: isnt LUX only listed on cryptopia? ... yep
the "LUX" on TradeSatoshi is fucking LuxmiCoin !!!!
the wallet didnt complain when sending and now i effectively burned my coins
awesome ...
dont make the same mistake i did Roll Eyes

Lux does not look an optimal variant on which it is possible to sit some time. I delivered 200Mh through altminer - in 12 hours 0.36 lux were got (only $20 a day). On simple getting of ZCL I receive 40. There can be I where that made a mistake?

I stop mining Lux for this reason, i use the phi miner atm with 14 1070 ti + 1 1080 = 355 mhs  I would espect 3.2/day and only have 2.6 test on yiimp and altminer same thing.

I'm getting 1.0/day with 155 MH/s

LUX, Altminer.net

Still not as good as WTM calculates.  WTM is always wrong by 15-20% for me.  Even on other coins.

I have a computer with good features. I am thinking of doing bitcoin mining

Congratulations on your choice to start mining!  You will not be able to use a regular computer to mine bitcoin anymore.  You will need an ASIC to mine bitcoin.  If you meant altcoins, then assuming you posted in the correct thread, we have to assume you have an nVidia 1080ti GPU.  There are plenty of options for altcoins in this thread and throughout this forum sub-section.  I ask that you spend some time reading them, and start grasping some of the lingo, the problems that people have, the types of equipment they use, and start mining.  If you run into any troubles, let us know.

I have a computer with good features. I am thinking of doing bitcoin mining

I know probably just BTCT account farming...but:

This is the thought that starts it all...
....
Then flash forward 6 months:
I can't find GPUs anywhere and I need 45 1080TIs for the 7 PSUs I bought just because they were in stock!
Crap where are the all the risers with 4 capacitors?!?!?
Think i can squeeze one more GPU into that case with an m.2 adapter???
How many KWs  can I get on 208v 30 amps phase 3?
It sure is getting hot in here..
Did you check BTCT/Discord/Telegram/Reddit/Facebook/Blogs/News Sites/CMC/Blockfolio today?
Damn there is a scam/hack/dev disappeared/wallet in maintenance/BTC fork/tweet/law/rumor/IRS/blah blah blah

Yeah that computer sure had some good features...

I think/hope that eventually that addition of +merit will lead to a decrease in nonsensical posting, but who knows? It definitely will take allot longer to rank up now though, that much is guaranteed.
