What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked

Its not impossible, but the chances are very very low. Yes, bitcoin's price is skyrocketing due to it's high demand, but still there is a large percentage of the population that doesn't have any idea about bitcoin or cryptocurrency itself. Many people, especially those who are digital immigrants, mainly depend on fiat or paper money. We also have o change the whole system in every country if we want to change our currency.

real money to disappear? It wil never happen. It is a common needs and use in physical transactions. Not having real fiat can cause disturbance to the economy and businesses. Not all people will be able to caught up on the idea of having crypto only.

That could probably happen but maybe hundreds of years from now. Even though bitcoin is getting more popular, many people still won't use them specially those who can't afford to have an internet. They are used in using cash ay payment. It would be cause panic if one day, all cash will be banned and digital currency would take over

There's no chance that cryptocurrency can disappear real money. We all know that crypto has no physical coin and its came from technology. One more thing is we need real money to convert those crypto into real money so we can use it and beside not all the country doesnt allowed the bitcoin or cryptocurrency.

For now it seems impossible but in future it is not impossible thing. Just it depends on real money is useful for governments or not. Including coinbase, kraken btc's value pass 4000 in the great crypcurrency market of the world. And i believe with this condition cryptocurrency will rule the world by making new records

Even if all countries does legalize bitcoin i doubt their currencies will be replaced from crypto, in the future each country can make their own crypto currencie, and stop wasting resorces and money to print new money all years, but the thing is there is space to crypto to grow a lot on the next years, if you smart you will invest your money over them.

Cryptocurrency is money. Your question is void. Look in the dictionary for the word "money"

Current medium of exchange in the form of coins and banknotes; coins and banknotes collectively"

That would be physical. Btw if you want crypto to be physical you can print out a code so that is that.

"The assets, property, and resources owned by someone or something; wealth"

Bitcoin can be considered an asset and certainly a resource. I'm some countries I think in some parts of America Bitcoin is taxed as property.

So there you go by definition of the word Bitcoin is in fact money.

NO, bitcoin can not do that. No matter how awesome the cryptocurrency can be, it can not make real money disappear. The people still depend mostly on real money and they use real money in every situation. Moreover, the government hardly accepts this kind of currency. They will reject it and still stick on their fiat

No.

Why would anything like that happen? Crypto world is different thing and the real world money is different thing. They have got no reason to be mixed with each other. Bitcoin is different currency and its working can not be same as fiat currency. It works on block chain which is artwork of internet stuff and algorithms etc etc. They will be used as asset always to trade on the network but they will never come to real life application and make disappear the money/fiat currency. Besides that, government will never allow that to happen because it will take decades to change the world's currency and its not good for economic growth.
Bitcoins and fiat are no doubt millions apart but that does not mean one cannot replace other. If Bitcoin can fulfill the uses of fiat in a better way, still you will say that it cannot eradicate fiat. By the way, what is meant by real money? Bitcoin is also real money, it has just a different form.

The future Bitcoin replace bank is impossible, it just a dream of speculator in Bitcoin. The main income of our country is taxes fee, so if they cannot continue tax fees us, how to make them accept Bitcoin is legal? Even they will find the way ban Bitcoin if while most people transfer their money to Bitcoin and avoid the taxes fee.

Time off to sleep ... ( ̄︶ ̄)~

It's quiete a simple answer : no. As long as cryptocurrency will be out of control of the government ( as it is decentralized), the government won't replace our traditionnal currencies.

However, what I can imagine is independant society (why not Christinia in Denmark ) switching to a cryptocurrency

Whatever innovation is made in the world, the growth of the digital currency market is happening big than what's expected to happen in a short time period. Based on this fact, people speculate that it has got the possibility of replacing the traditional fiat. But, from my opinion the digital currency will serve as an alternative but not the primary purpose currency.

No unless we can buy our daily life expenses with Bitcoin. And most people use crypto for investment purposes so I hardly believe real money can disappeared.
Daily life expenses, in my opinion, have become really easier because of bitcoin. You can even pay your bills through bitcoin. So saying that it has not conquered our daily life expenses is a lie. Secondly, if we talk about the paper money, yes, the value and need of paper money will remain their perhaps. But bitcoin has taken over maximum of its uses. Paper money cannot be disappeared, still.

Yeah, we still can exchange Bitcoin to FIAT easy, so why cannot say Bitcoin is real money? We cannot negative the fact value of Bitcoin is real and it very high, even the ratio growth of Bitcoin is highest than other asset recently.

There is a big chance that we will live on a cashless society. Some researchers are going to that part of the road but we will not see it anytime sooner. The physical money is the one that is going to be removed and not the real money. The real money will always exist, that depends on people what they classify as real money.
