What I was describing is not TA, but realistic market situation in data roaming economy. It is not about crypto speculation. In fact DENT project is hardly a blockchain project at all.

If only 1% of those supposedly 4 million users buy dent from an exchange and then send it to the app that's 40 000 buyers daily if they spend 50 bucks on average that's 2 000 000 daily volume just from them leave aside investors and traders. There's no such thing. Where are those 4 000 000 users developers claim to have? I don't see them.
If 10% of the users buy from an exchange that's $20 000 000 daily volume.

is there any way we can verify that 3.9 million users? When you buy dent from the app it doesn't show on the blockchain so there's no way we can verify the validity of that number. According to the blockchain there are 26473 dent holders i.e. wallets. If there were 4 million users how does we have only 26 000 dent wallets created?

IMO, the best time to buy DENT was before December 2017, and the second-best time to buy DENT is probably right now. DENT does have a very good use-case, don't forget that!
